The food is awful, potatoes aren't even cooked all the way. Tried to pickup my order at 6pm said they don't close until 7pm, but no one was there. Finally after 20 minutes of sitting in my truck someone texted me saying they left my stuff out back because they " had to leave early". Needs to work on customer service/communication. Foods pretty terrible but cooking the food all the way might help. Basically feels like the meals were rushed to prepare is my take on it. Also not too big of a deal but only some of the meals had macronutrients on it, how are you supposed to track what you eat if you don't even know the macronutrients on what you're eating?

Kaitlyn is amazing! I used their coaching services and she was always on time, flexible with my schedule when needed, and the price was very reasonable.After my C-section, getting back into movement felt overwhelming, but she made it easy and fun. I actually love working out again. Alex was also great with communication the whole way through. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Fit Kitchen Meals is amazing! Delicious food that is healthy and convenient! No excuses for grabbing fast food when Fit Kitchen Meals is down the road. Locally owned and operated - the owners and staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable. Added bonus, they also have super cute athleisure wear for sale. Highly recommend.

I got my first and only order last night. The food is a major let down. THAT IS the meal before consumption. It was salty, the meat was dry, and the sweet potatoes were under cooked. I didn't want to add any sauces to the meat because it tasted so salty already. It is definitely not worth the amount of money for the quality of their product.
