Firehouse Subs

They completely ruined the soup here. I've been coming here for the past year and their soups have been a comfort food of mine when I'm sick. They were very creamy and thick and just tasted amazing. Now, I went here a week ago to get some chicken dumpling soup and the potato soup and it was completely watered down and tasted disgusting. So sad to see this happen.

Large group came in before me. Seems as though that was my fault. Clearly the staff were ticked off about having to make sandwiches. Cashier definitely had an attitude about helping.

My family has been going to this location for years and we have always receive great service from managers and staff. If my oldest son could eat here everyday, he would 😂. Food is good, staff members always so nice and everytime we go, it’s always clean. My kids are the ones that make a mess or spill stuff. So sorry guys 😅 but thank you for always being so patient with us. Oh and also, my kids have allergies and if they happened to misunderstood me, they always remake the sandwich for us. Thank you again!

The staff were unwelcoming and did not acknowledge or greet me upon arrival. There was also a noticeable delay before anyone took my order.

Not a friendly place for Blacks I guess. No acknowledgement. Not even eye contact. I had to keep repeating myself over and over. For a pickup order. I won't be back ever. Firehouse sucks!
