First off, I’m still a little unsure whether this place is called Fat Boys Pizza or Savvy Sliders—I'm a bit confused, haha. That said, here's what I liked: The atmosphere definitely has a nostalgic 90s/00s pizza chain feel, which brought me back to my childhood. You’ve got the fun mascot, an arcade for entertainment, and the loud, bustling energy that you’d expect. I can totally picture a school fundraiser where you sell tickets for a trip to Fat Boys Pizza. The pizza-by-the-slice setup is a fun touch. I do wish they had regular-sized slices, but the giant ones were still pretty tasty. The prices are reasonable too—$19 for a large pizza and $9 for a huge slice. The service was decent—nothing extraordinary, but quick and friendly. Honestly, I usually expect less when I see teens working, but this crew did a great job. The downside? The pizza was just okay. It wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t blow me away either. It kind of reminded me of a slightly better version of CiCi's Pizza. The giant slice was definitely better than the Meat Lovers pie we ordered. But honestly, this place isn’t trying to be gourmet pizza. It’s more about the vibe, and for that, they nailed it. Overall, it’s a fun spot for families or anyone wanting a nostalgic pizza night.

Review for Fat Boy’s Pizza, Richmond, Texas We recently visited Fat Boy’s Pizza in Richmond because they offer a variety of halal meat options, which is a big plus for us. During our visit, we tried their jumbo-sized cheese pizza slice, three Boomin’ Chicken sliders, one English Cod, and two Big Signature burgers. While everything was flavorful and well-prepared, the standout for us was the cheese pizza. The jumbo slice wasn’t just impressive in size—it was the unique bread and end crust that truly set it apart. The crust had a completely different texture: light, airy, and perfectly crispy, adding a unique touch to the cheesy goodness of the slice. The Boomin’ Chicken sliders were juicy and packed with flavor, the English Cod was crispy and fresh, and the Big Signature burgers were generous and delicious. We appreciate that Fat Boy’s Pizza caters to those looking for halal options, and it’s clear they take pride in offering quality food. The cheese pizza is definitely a must-try if you’re visiting!

The pizza itself was ok. But the setting was perfect for the kids. And the slices were huge. Which was nice since one of my children likes cheese and the other pepperoni. So everyone Could get what they wanted. It’s was a fun place. Great for a birthday party

I had a cute little brunch date here. I've been searching for a good oversized pizza slice. Fat boy's had what I was looking for. The staff was very professional. The outside and inside was very clean. It is a great vibe with great food. I will definitely be back.

The place we wanted to go to did not have their 30in pizza so we stumbled upon Fat Boys and so glad we did. We had a large group of teenage boys. The staff was quick in getting us seated. I can't say enough about the service. It was some of the best I've had anywhere We ordered and paid via the QR code and the drinks and food came out fast. This place is a well oiled machine. The food was also fantastic. We started with the garlic knots made hot and fresh. The 30in big as your table pizza was perfect. We added a 16in Hog because the boys ate that giant pizza by themselves. We left full and happy.
