Fanoosh - Burgers & Biryani

I've actually never left a bad review anywhere else before, but it's very important to review this place. Last night, we went to Fanoosh for dine-in at 10:35 PM (closing time was 11 PM). Two female employees refused us dine in service after taking our order and payment because they were in a hurry to leave early. I've never experienced such poor customer service. I don't know where else customers are treated with such an attitude. Secondly, the burger was the worst I've ever had, the meat was completely raw, They were in such a hurry that they didn't even prepare our food properly. What kind of way is this to treat customers? To the owner: avoid hiring such employees if you value your business. I'm certain this wouldn't have happened with a manager or owner present.

Chicken burger, fries and, meat burger are very delicious. Service is fast and nice. Atmosphere would be better without loud music.

This place is small and very unassuming. But let me tell you about the flavor explosion that awaits you inside. We ordered chicken Biryani, chai and a Rancor burger. My mouth was so happy. The flavors where dancing on my tongue. I heard a symphony in my head. Don't walk, run to the party that awaits your mouth. I haven't tried every place that serves biryani, but this one definitely jumped to the number one spot after one bite. And the burger also. I was definitely surprised at how good it was. Oh my. My stomach hasn't finished digesting yet and I can't wait to come back.

I tried the food here today, and I really liked it. The taste was fresh, the spices were balanced, and the presentation looked great. Every bite felt warm and delicious. The service was also good the staff was friendly, and my order came on time. The place was clean and comfortable too.

What an experience! The ambiance is something for sure. Not very clean, but their maid is on vacation! Deals - sure they have them on their sign posted up front, but only for select elite customers (we were denied saying it wasn’t active anymore, but they were nice enough to give them to the uncle after us!). The water was so fresh it tasted like rainwater. Also, the bathroom was actually clean and there were no paper towels so they can save the environment!!
