Fang's Bistro Chinese & Sushi

We ordered pick up here through Door Dash and then decided to dine in our next visit. Our service was excellent and he even brought out our toddler’s food with the appetizers without us asking. This is my favorite place to get Crab Rangoons. The spicy garlic edamame is also delicious. We also ordered a Philadelphia Roll, Orange Chicken, and Sesame Chicken. Large portions. I appreciate how the chicken is all white meat no weird pieces. We will definitely be returning.

Many vegetarian options! I tried Kung Pao Tofu last week (TOGO) and I liked it! So today I came for lunch and ordered Singapore Noodles with tofu… delicious! The noodles were not soggy, tofu was crispy, and it was the perfect spice level. Good portion size. The waiter who served me was friendly and prompt! Very good service. Take ‘bad reviews’ with a grain of salt. You will never know until you try things out yourself. I will be back to try more!!

I have been coming to Fang's Bistro since I moved to the area in 2021 and, sorry to say, I am giving up. Lately, the food has been really inconsistent in quality, flavour and quantity. Been trying to give it multiple chances but it seems like since they have changed management recently the quality of the food and the cooking has gone definitely down. I used to love their hot and sour soup; now, some days it's ok, some days is way darker, some days more spicy, some days lighter and today, in particular it tastes awful and bitter, like it's been sitting there for more than it should. Today too, I ordered Bourbon Chicken, which I have ordered MANY times, and the sauce today was almost water, the chicken dry... I brought this issues up previously to the waiter, which has become friendly in this time, one of the latest times I ordered Beef with Broccoli and the beef was tough and tasted off. I'm sorry because I used to love their food and the waiters are always nice, but it feels like they have changed the cook, or the suppliers or both. I'm sorry but I will spend my money somewhere else from now on.

Hands down the BEST Orange Chicken I ever had. Our waiter did an amazing job hosting our table of 11 people. He was so respectful and was the only one working. Definitely going back!!

I ordered delivery for dinner while housesitting for friend who lives in this area. I wasn’t sure which local place to order from, but since Fang’s had the higher reviews, I went with them. Most Chinese places will still let you order via the phone, but I was instructed to use a delivery service such as DoorDash or Uber Eats. The delivery was packaged nicely and arrived in a timely manner. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken, wonton soup, egg roll, and steamed rice. The Kung Pao had large pieces of tender chicken (most places have little chunks) seasoned well in a sauce with carrots, celery, peanuts, and those long red peppers I’m always scared to eat (I think they are pretty spicy). The dish itself was a little spicy, but not too much. I think you can ask for a higher spice level. The eggrolls were crispy, the wonton soup was good, the fried wonton strips were huge, and the steamed rice was sticky (I love sticky rice!). My order was enough for two nights of good. Portions are large. I will definitely order from Fang’s again when in the area.
