Walking into Fajita Pete’s for the first time, we really didn’t know what to expect—but Brian completely made the experience. From the jump, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to walk us through everything. He explained how Fajita Pete’s is really built around catering first, not a traditional dine-in spot (which makes sense when you see the two tables inside), and that actually helped us appreciate the concept more. He also gave us some background on how corporate bought the store back, which made it clear they’re serious about quality and consistency. But what really stood out? Brian let us sample a little bit of everything so we could figure out what we liked. That kind of service is rare these days. And the food? The shrimp meal for one was incredible—perfectly seasoned, fresh, and just flat-out delicious. Great food, even better service. Brian turned a first visit into a guaranteed return.

I placed my first catering order with this location for a family party. I had very specific request on how I wanted my guacamole prepared so I was nervous about it being delivered as requested. The day of the party, I was called to confirm my order. Upon going over it, Edgar -the supervisor on duty- realized the kitchen did not have sufficient ingredients to accommodate my request. Edgar went out of his way to make it happen by going out to buy enough avocados to remake it the way I had requested it initially. Edgar saved the day for me. He understood my stance and made it right! Happy customer and I have Edgar to thank!

Stopped in with my wife for lunch. They have very ample lunch options. She got the street tacos delicious. I got the enchiladas with red sauce. I had to take half of it home because it's a lot of food. I can tell from the way it was prepared that the leftovers at ten o'clock to night are going to be absolutely delicious. Herg guacamole was made fresh and you could really tell. I'm so clean tasting. Dine in takeout.Call ahead, buy lunch for the office. Really nice people.But having a hard time.

The Food I couldn't tell you but when I entered the place there was nobody around, I can hear people in a distance, far in the back laughing .... Then I realized "Thank God" for Perfect timing ... I couldn't trust quality or freshness when an establishment is run by kids. It's disrespect to customers & complacency, transparency through to the top. *I actually visited, walked in a couple times with no success... *I live in the area so I gave it a try ;( And Again I no success ....

The food here is absolutely amazing! Honestly, it’s some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. You can really taste the quality in every bite. I’ll definitely be coming back!
