I was scheduled for a tour at 11:30 but I had time to come in earlier and I called and they said come right in you're welcome!! So I came in expecting them to be snobby since I changed times, but that was not the case I was greeted by a man named Jeron. He made me feel like I could talk for hours about this place. It's a very very nice and well kept complex. I was not sure what I was looking for but he helped me with my options. He walked me through the pool and hangout area which was pretty dang awesome. Then we got on a golf cart and he showed me all around the place. Everyone's Patio looks well kept too. Well kept place = Healthy Environment. He guided me up the stairs to view the apartment I was looking at. I love how they have a fan in the living room at bedroom. Also that they have the same color of lights in the complex. Everything is very clean and up to date. I am very very sold on living here in January. Expect a call from me!!! Thanks again!

It’s a very peaceful place, I love the area, and we have everything nearby — that’s amazing. The condominium is always clean, the pool is always super clean, and most of the areas are very well maintained.

The apartments are thoughtfully designed with open-concept layouts, modern finishes like stainless-steel appliances and wood-style flooring, and spacious closets that make everyday living feel upscale and comfortable. The community amenities go above and beyond: a 24/7 fitness center, a beautifully kept saltwater pool, and a well-maintained dog park for my pup — everything a resident could ask for. On top of that, the leasing office and maintenance team have always been friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The location is also great — close enough to shopping, dining, and major highways for convenience, while the neighborhood remains peaceful and well-kept. All in all, Magnolia at Spring strikes the perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and community. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a modern, amenity-rich place to call home.

So far, it’s been a wonderful experience! Jeron has been incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire process. My two-bedroom apartment is both spacious and cozy—I especially love the light-colored paint and the beautiful white kitchen. The location is perfect and makes my daily commute so much easier. I’m really happy with my new place!

Believe the one star reviews! We have been at Magnolia Spring for about 5 months and are already moving out. Don’t let the “Luxury Apartments” title fool you like it did us. The only things luxurious about this complex is the rec areas. The breeze ways are constantly dirty and reek of trash. Tenants are not held accountable for cleaning up after themselves. There is trash juice and dirt build up on the stairs and all maintenance is supplied with to clean is a disgusting DIRTY MOP and spray bottle of Fabulosa. It is a common occurrence to find pet waste on sidewalks, in the grass, and breezeways!! Just today we open our apartment door to find a puddle of PEE!!! Which still has not been cleaned up! Like other reviews have stated even though valet trash is paid for in your lease ( charges will go up) the trash compactor/ dumpsters are over flowing often. Maintenance does what they can with what is provided to them but there is only so much they can do when the people that live here are not held accountable. Apartments are cheaply built with thin walls. You can hear the breezeway doors open, people talking, dogs barking, kids yelling, neighbors tv all from the uncomfort of your own apartment. If you are lucky enough to have inconsiderate upstairs neighbors like we do constant stomping from 7am when they literally JUMP out of bed till they finally decide to stomp back into bed at midnight. We have many instances where our entire apartment will shake including light fixtures do to the upstairs tenants. We have had to cope with constant stomping for 5 months! 5 months!!Management loves to send out mass emails instead of taking care of the problems directly. Many apartments are infested with German cockroaches. I was approached by a young lady moving into our building (5) asking if we had a roach problem because her apartment was infested IN EVERY ROOM. We experienced a slight infest as well, and we were charged for pest control that was never done. Safety in the parking lot has become a problem as well. Speeding, not stoping at cross streets, speeding through gates, going in/out gates in opposite directions. My husband and I have almost been hit multiple times. Most “visitors” and tenants do not use gate code / key cards and speed through the entrances. Also everyone is required to have AT&T so the WiFi is constantly going in and out. The one start reviews you are see are not lies! Don’t believe the bs responses saying they don’t see them ever living here. Save yourself the time, money and stress keep looking for another apartment.
