Disclaimer: I took the photos after I started to eat, so they might not look as presentable. Absolutely phenomenal experience! From the moment we sat down, everything was top-tier. The guacamole was some of the freshest I’ve ever had perfectly seasoned, chunky, and made in front of you. If you’re asking yourself, should I get the white queso? The answer is DUH! Pure perfection. Creamy, rich, and packed with flavor without being too heavy. I could’ve made a meal out of just chips, guac, and queso! The fajitas were amazing! They came out sizzling hot, beautifully seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and juicy and everything tasted incredibly fresh. Every bite was better than the last. Honestly, every single thing we ordered was incredible. You can tell they put care and quality into every dish. If you’re craving amazing Mexican food, this place is an absolute must-visit. Can’t wait to go back!

Alright Houston hunnies!! Tis the season to treat yourself to a wonderful restaurant! And Escalante's is THAT restaurant to head over to! My job went for our Christmas party 🥳 and Escalante's food, atmosphere and service all deserve 5 🌟! Our server Eduardo was attentive but also let us enjoy our party. He was funny and enjoyable and him and the staff kept our cups filled and bellies full. The fajita steak family style dinner was AMAZING 👏🏾 the margaritas were balanced to perfection! I want to take my family back next week and end 2025 with them!

The inside style is on the upscale side and has a nice outdoor dining area. Drinks were decent. The Appetizer Sampler was good! Chips and salsa were also good.

Awesome upscale tex mex spot. Had the best guacamole here - freshly prepared at the table! Also the enchiladas were tasty

How is it that every review this restaurant has is 5 stars? Doesn’t add up … unless they bought their way into it! Went with my good friend, sat outside on the patio. Nice ambiance to begin with. Waiter was mediocre at best. The chips were ok, but the salsa was disgusting, literally canned tomatoes with sodium. My chicken fajitas - the chicken was hard to chew. Way too dry. I.E overcooked and awful. They probably reheated several times or left it on the heater and didn’t give a damn about quality, texture, freshness. My friend’s steak fajita was a bit better but nothing worth repeating. The waiter was disinterested and seldom checked on us. Bill was $88 for 2 small fajitas, 1 beer, 1 glass of wine. Do yourself a favor and skip this awful, mediocre restaurant for Lupe Tortilla or Cyclone Amaya.
