Erica's Shake Shack

Ordered a K-Burger combo and it was so TINY, flavorless, almost no green onions, fries were cold and did not come with the spicy powder nor did they ask and I asked for extra sauce and gave me not even a quarter full of the container!! I’m super disappointed since I usually go to the Houston location but happened to be near Katy and wanted one so bad. Extremely pricey too! Burger was the size of a McDonalds cheeseburger but with the price of a big brand chain. I’m sorry but I could have gone to Whiskey Cake and have a better taste, size, restaurant experience and for the same price.

The service is very dynamic you do everything through a table that there is when they arrive very dynamic and easy to ask for the attention is fast! The menu is varied and simple! The hamburgers are divine! And the price is incredible! Regarding the parking lot, it’s big!

My 1st time at Shake Shack and was very disappointed. I initially did drive up orders which started smooth. I waited for about 15 min in line keeping in mind there was 2 cars ahead of me. When it was my turn the lady at the window barely acknowledged me, I don't expect over the top happiness, but being that it's Shake Shack and it's a bit more superior than a regular burger place I was expecting quality service. I received my drink and proceeded to wait 10 min in the window . When she gave me my order she didnt say sorry for the wait but handed me the bag which looked like it had been thrown and was greasy . I thought maybe they were just rushing. When my son and I looked inside and at our burgers we were shocked, our burgers were squished and cold . Our cheese fries were ok . We literally were laughing at how bad our burgers were and could NOT believe we had payed 30 bucks for these burgers. I do have to admit even though our burgers were cold and squished the taste was good. The Cheese fries were really yummy. I honestly don't know if it's the location, or it being drive thru but I was dissappointed and would not recommend this location. I will probably go ahead and try it again at another location.

Called from College station to make sure they were open till 1am. Took the 90 min drive over and had the best burger and shake of my life. Manager Ro was very kind and offered a discount buy one burger get one free deal. Excellent experience, would drive 90 minutes to eat here again!

Burnt my burger patty’s to a crisp. Not edible. Told me they couldn’t refund by the manager, Diana.
