My first time dining at the restaurant. I love the peaceful atmosphere, the artwork and design of the interior. We were the only ones for most of the time. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The vegetarian spring rolls were good. Maybe a little of a lighter fry next time. The sauce was slightly spicy and added a nice twist to them. I ordered the vegetable pho for myself, kids meatball pho and kids vegetable pho. I should have asked but I thought the meatball pho would come with at least cabbage as well. It was just a meatball floating around. I didn’t care for texture or taste of meatball. The texture of the tofu in the vegetable pho was not pleasing. It was a rubbery and unseasoned. Now we loved the taste of the broth and the tenderness of the vegetables inside the vegetable pho. We will be back .

Lunch special was great: pho with ribeye, egg roll and hot tea, for $12.99. The pho had good flavor, not as many veggies to add in as I have seen at other places but I didn’t ask for more, so they might have given more (cilantro, jalapeño). The egg roll was delicious! I enjoyed the atmosphere! The instrumental music and beautiful Vietnamese painting on the entire side wall was inviting. It was a pleasant and delicious lunch. It was clean and the service was quick and friendly. They even asked if I wanted to take some tea to go.

Pho was to sweet for my tasting. Ordered the filet beef and didn’t taste like anything. No seasoning on beef. Was given soy sauce for beef dip.. Waiter forgot my side vegetables for pho. No fish sauce for egg roll. Price is average. Atmosphere is nice.

Order two phos for pickup today and when I got home realized that the limes were old, the mint was rotten looking, the chicken tasted weird, and the black salse tasted old and looked bad. I called them to let them know since I did not want this to happen to anyone else and the person speaking on the phone just responded what do you want me to do about it. She made an excuse that it was because they kept the ingredient in the freezer, but I mentioned that it should not be an excuse to serve something like that. No one should get bad food. I guess I will continue to buy my pho elsewhere.

After visiting many pho restaurants, I must confess that this was one of the best experiences. Staff was super friendly, kind and attentive. I ordered their veggie pho with veggie broth and it tasted absolutely delicious. The broth temperature was very hot, just the way I prefer it. For desert, I ordered their watermelon smoothie which tasted superbly delicious and refreshing. The service was also fantastic. Two times, they asked me how everything was and also took my finished bowl away. Also, they have free WiFi that is super fast 33.91Mbps download speed to be exact. Obviously, I would highly recommend Em's Pho to anybody interested in a first class 5 Star Pho experience!
