El Pollo Loco

5 star rating for great food, condiments, and good service. The three star rating is because the bathroom is unkept. Sink faucet sparys, urinal doesn't flush, paper towel dispenser has no paper (roll is sitting on top, and the bathroom doesn't look like it gets clean daily. I will change my rating if I see improvement whenever I return.

The service was genuinely good the staff was polite and attentive throughout my visit. The restaurant itself is average in terms of atmosphere and cleanliness. Unfortunately, the flavor of the chicken was disappointing and didn’t meet my expectations. While I don’t plan to return, I can say the service was not the issue.

Not good. Ordered a a 3-piece chicken meal and nothing was good. The chicken had way too much sauce and was all overcooked, so dry couldn't chew more than half of my first piece. Same on the 2nd, I didn't even try to eat the the 3rd. The sides were even worse.

It's been a long while since I'd been to Pollo Loco in Cypress. Boy, do I miss it! I had the Double Chicken Queso Crunchy Salad. I switched the cabbage to lettuce. My husband had the 2 piece leg and thigh chicken meal with mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and iced tea. I really loved the salad! It was so flavorful and very filling! My husband really liked his meal, too. I'm sad that we don't have a Pollo Loco in Tomball!!

People are sleeping on this place! Seriously good food at affordable prices. Whether you get a pollo bowl, a meal, or a family feast, you won't be disappointed. Their salsa bar has one of the most tasty guac salsa around. No joke! Great food, great service, all at a decent price point!
