Will not go anywhere else except here for local Peruvian food. Ceviche and Loma Saltado are so good I can’t recommend you try. We tried more items and all tasted great as well and you can’t go wrong. 2-liter of Inka Kola washed it down

Hands down the best Peruvian food I’ve had in Houston, and that’s saying a lot after trying many Peruvian spots around Houston. From the very first bite, the food tastes truly homemade, like something cooked with care and tradition, not rushed or mass-produced. The flavors are authentic, well-balanced, and full of depth. Everything tastes fresh, perfectly seasoned, and made with love. You can tell they take pride in their cooking. The portions are generous, the quality is consistent, and every dish feels comforting yet elevated. If you’re looking for authentic, homemade style Peruvian cuisine, this is the place. A true gem in Houston and easily my new go-to spot. 🇵🇪❤️

I usually order delivery, which didn't disappoint. However, I finally had time to visit and eat there- and I was completely disappointed. The food was cold, chicken had no flavor & their ceviche was literally frozen. I ordered the ceviche mixto and I bit into a frozen piece of fish. I returned the plate and was giving a second "new" plate- which was essentially just as terrible as the first one. I went back and returned the full ceviche untouched and the lady who brought me the second ceviche- simply looked at me and took my plate. No type of customer service 😒 I didn't expect a refund (which would have been nice) but no type of customer service was provided when the plate was returned. For sure will not be giving this cart another try- & I'm a Peruana myself. Also, the picarones definitely needed flavor. Such a waste of money, over $60 dollars were wasted today and during this economy, every dollar counts.

The ceviche was great! It tasted fresh and the rocoto had a nice spice to it. The meat from the Lomo Saltado was a little tough, maybe overcooked but nice flavor. I would like to go back and try the causa.
