I love this place & been coming for some years. However, I asked them why the trash so small and they said it was the district manager decision. Therefore, to the district manager, this trash can is ridiculous and way too small.

The food was decent, but the overall experience left much to be desired. I ordered a salmon bagel to take away, and when I received it, I was quite disappointed with the presentation. It seemed hastily assembled, with the ingredients carelessly slapped together rather than arranged thoughtfully. The bagel itself was not appealing to the eye, lacking the attention to detail one would expect from a place that takes pride in its offerings. I understand that they might have been very busy, which could explain the oversight, but it felt like they overlooked the importance of portioning and aesthetics in their rush.

Ordered on the App and once I arrived my order was waiting for me. Great customer service every time I come in. Ordered breakfast bagel and an extra cinnamon raisin bagel with schmear. Had an iced Vanilla Latte to wash it all down. Yummy!!

James went above and beyond to make sure I got my bagel. I don't get them often, and he was absolutely exceptional in taking care of my order. I tried to give him a tip personally, and he decided to share it with his team. This is the kinda people who deserve recognition.
