I love this place & been coming for some years. However, I asked them why the trash so small and they said it was the district manager decision. Therefore, to the district manager, this trash can is ridiculous and way too small.

Leonasia took my order and was extremely helpful and friendly! thanks for being patient and explaining to me the difference between buying the bagels individually with shmear vs the half a dozen!! also James was hilarious ~ i wasn’t sure if he wanted my number at first, but turns out he really wants that good review 😋

They need better management. I ordered bagel's online spent $100 for a pick up for this morning by 8:10am they weren't ready until 8:30am. I come to work and I'm missing a couple of cream cheese that I paid for. This location is extremely unorganized. If you order for pick up be prepared from them not to be on time. To forget some stuff in your order too.

I placed an order for 4 bagels for $40 before 6:50 am, in advance for pickup. When I arrived at 7:20 I was told the order was not ready. There were at least a dozen people waiting for their orders. After an additional 30 min, a total waiting time of an hour since the order was placed, I inquired again. I was rudely answered by one of the many useless staff members that regardless of when I placed my order they were still going to attend everyone else before me. They also said they were out of bagels and if I didn't like it I could cancel it. Sounds to me like staff members were ill prepared to do their basic jobs and likely arrived too late to prepare bagels in time. Many businesses in Houston make their items from fresh ingredients every morning and still manage to fulfill their orders and speak to their customers with courtesy. I will be buying at those businesses from now on. I would give this particular location zero stars if I could.

We have been coming here for years, one of our favorite neighborhood places. Best bagels in town! We used to have a shop near by our place, but this one is not too far away from us. Staff is always nice even when they are busy. Coffee is OK. The atmosphere is better when they are not too busy. Parking is limited and it gets tricky during busy hours though. Love their toasted sandwiches and the option to add extra toppings!
