Early Riser Cafe

I am going to give this place 5 stars because the food was so good. I enjoyed my meal, it was made just how I ordered it. Perfect portions and the coffee is fresh. It was busy when I went but it didn’t feel overcrowded the seating is spaced out and you have your space and it doesn’t feel like you are on top of people. I will definitely be back to try everything on the menu.

I ordered 3 meals and it took 45 minutes when they said it would only be 25 minutes. I went to get the order and they gave me the wrong one. I had to go back. I ordered the veggie omelet and the egg was burnt and it had pieces of egg shells in it. I will never come back. Very disappointing.

This was my first visit to Early Riser Cafe, and I was thoroughly impressed. Our server, Liz, provided exceptional service—she was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Her cheerful and engaging personality contributed greatly to the welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The music selection also added to the enjoyable ambiance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning.

This place used to be good. We had gone several times. My husband and I went today for lunch. We ordered chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak. We were on our lunch hour. After over 30 minutes from ordering food still not served. We were the only customers in the place. The employees who work the front were just sitting playing on their phone and one was talking on her phone. My husband went to the counter and one of the employees got up and said oh it is ready now. My husband said we needed it to go as we were on our lunch breaks. The packed the food up. Went to heat it up for dinner. The chicken fried steak was a thin piece of roast beef breaded. Not even close to beefsteak. Chicken was very overcooked and dry. I think it is under new ownership as it was never like this before.

Used to love this place. Not sure what happened, seems like portions keep getting smaller. Barely got any potatoes and food doesn’t taste the same
