This is normally my go too restaurant when I have a taste for Vietnamese food. I always get the same thing large chicken Pho and a chicken sandwich. This time I barely got any chicken on my sandwich and I called just to make that known. The young lady that answered was very sweet and said to let her speak with the chef because the manager wasn't there. He told her to tell me, he put the right amount on there, which is confusing how he would even know because they didn't look up my order I never gave a name or anything. I asked to speak with him and he refused to get on the phone. The young lady said all I can do is apologize. I mean what else can she do? I also want to add that they added something to the sandwich that I've never seen on there before, it was under the chicken and kind of looked like a paste.

I’m Asian, raised in a Chinese household, and I genuinely love pho. I’ve lived in many cities across the U.S., and I have to say the flavor of the pho at this restaurant is very good—that’s why I wanted to share this feedback. However, I don’t feel the pricing is fair for the portion size. The price of a bowl of pho here is comparable to what I used to pay in New York City, yet the portion is noticeably smaller. What was most disappointing was the extra meat add-on—I received fewer than 4 slices for 6 dollars, despite it costing more than extra meat at many well-established and beautifully designed pho or Vietnamese restaurants. I still wanted to give the restaurant a chance because the flavor itself is solid, but it was disappointing to experience the same high pricing with such a small portion. When I asked about it, I was told by one of the waitress who is a bit defensive that the meat is “hard to get,” which honestly felt a bit odd—especially in Texas. Because of this, I probably won’t be returning. That said, I do want to mention that most of the waitstaff were friendly and professional, and I appreciate their service.

We had a regular size pho here in-person before and it was fine. Today, we ordered pick up -2 large and disappointed they’re the same size as a regular. We called and the response was they weighed the ingredients to justify the larger size…you mean more sprouts/noodles? $15 for a large for 1 slice of meat and 2 meatballs chopped into smaller pieces👎🏻 Please do better!

I went to lunch with a colleague here on a recent weekday. The restaurant was moderately busy, but we were seated right away. The server was very courteous and attentive. We had two appetizers- BBQ wraps and fried shrimp. Both were excellent. I had the beef stir fry rice dish, and ate everything delicious bit of it. We treated ourselves to the flan for dessert. It came with crushed ice and iced coffee poured over it, making for a unique and tasty dessert.

I came in to grab some takeout. I’ve never been here before and I ordered the beef noodles. It was done so fast and wow! Delicious and fresh. Very kind staff that helped me decide on what to order. I will definitely be back! Thank you
