Just left this shop as a first time visitor. I didn’t catch her name, but the woman who helped me was no more than 100 pounds and wore glasses. She was aware it was my first time and her attitude and energy were unacceptable. If you don’t like your job or assisting the public, you shouldn’t work in a particular position. I asked her about different strains and pricing. My question regarding the strains was initially ignored and when I asled again she got very sarcastic. In regards to pricing, she’s replied, “don’t you see the price is listed.” I had no idea what the pricing was as it was only a letter and a number on each strain like A 10 or B5.

This business is wildly unprofessional starting from the moment you pull into the parking lot, if you can call it that. The security guards are annoying and abrasive with inconsistent and unnecessary parking rules. Even when you’re here to visit the food truck that they share space with. It would be one thing if they were hired or outside security but these guys have the company’s branded polos so this is how they operate. Rarely do you see them open and if you do, there’s hardly anybody there so I don’t get the need for the parking police. Since this place sells bud, perhaps they should supply the guards with some so they can chill out. Just invest in signs with your rules if it’s that serious and find something better to do with your time. Surely you have more important things to do.
