Unfortunately, this was our first experience with this restaurant. We ordered two shrimp foo young and two eggrolls for a cost of $36 and it was the worst meal we have ever had from a Chinese restaurant. We realize that it was Christmas Day, but honestly, the food was not up to any kind of a standard that we would ever want to see. The foo Young was inedible, and we ended up having to throw most of it away. It was obvious to us that they cooked the dish in an oil that was old and not hot enough So the food ended up absorbing all of the grease. We have never had food young that was tough and chewy, unable to cut with a fork. It was just awful.

We just moved to the area and were looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant, we found it.. service and food were great ! It’s a must try when you are in the magnolia area !!

The food was not good. The chicken rubbery like it was microwaved or over cooked a lot! The eggroll was blan. The fried rice was unflavored and watery. That is my favorite part. $50 down the drain. I don’t think I can chance coming back. Neither, my son, or husband, ate there General Tso and that is their favorite. I had to go get them more food. I heard good things, what a disappointment. Good thing, the service was great! The server was polite and my food was ready. I tipped but the food was just not good. Portion sizes are big, like that just hit the mark on flavor today. Sorry.

The only way to describe this place is to say that the food is AMAZING, the people here are so nice, I recommend the shrimp lo mein, edamame, The egg rolls, general Tso chicken, steamed dumplings, beef and broccoli, Singapore noodles, Texas sushi roll. If you are looking for a new Chinese restaurant, this is the place.
