Waited over 30 minutes for a remake that still never came out! Poor communication across the kitchen, and nasty customer service from the hispanic girl cutting the pizzas. Only person helpful was the hispanic male manager who was wiling to upgrade me and offer a drink. Smh she must be reprimanded based on other reviews.

The employee working here is extremely rude. We stood for more than 20 min to pick up the order and she never paid attention or talked to us! What kind of employees is she!!? She was the one on the shift on Monday 12/15/25 at noon time. Update: they refused to cancel the order and want us to wait another hour. We left with NOTHING and our money was STOLEN. Dont ever come to this place. They are scammers

I'm very satisfied with the quality of the food we did receive and the initial delivery time, but there was an issue with my order's accuracy and after-delivery support. We ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas, 1 large philly cheesesteak pizza, 32ct garlic bread bites, and 2L Pibb. We received our order about 20 minutes after placing it, which was more than acceptable. All of the food we received was hot, fresh, and delicious! However, our delivery biker forgot to include the 2L we ordered. He assured me that he would go back to get it and left to retrieve it, or at least that's what I thought. After he left, I waited in the lobby of my hotel for about 30 minutes before giving up and returning to my room without my 2 liter. During this 30-minute waiting period, I tried to call this location twice to check in on the delivery, and both times no one answered the phone. Afterwards, no one from Domino's reached out to me at all, which makes me think that my delivery biker never actually returned to my hotel to deliver the forgotten 2L. Overall, this location does give you good food, but there needs to be improvements to order accuracy and customer service.

50 minutes for two pizzas. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they said to tell the owner that we don't have one more person to prepare the pizzas. Isn't it better not to take orders and waste people's time when you don't have any workers?

Negative scores deserved for this store. 2nd time with massive wait tines. 1hr35mins today after order email said 33-47mins. Sat in quality control for almost 1 hr of that getting nice and cold. Literally live .5 miles away. Pizza had to be heated up. Definitely done with dominoes.
