Richard is rhe shoe department is an amazing person. He took the time to help me find a shoe my feet could be most comfortable in. Others would just give me yes and no answers then go back to talk to their co worker and Richard stayed with me and engaged, listening and providing suggestions. Take care of this employee.

Never come here if you are trying to buy shoes in a reasonable time frame. They take forever. I missed my workout because of their policy of "ordering shoes" and waiting for them to brought out led to them saying they weren't available after 10 minutes of waiting. Then I tries to do a different pair, ended up waiting 20 minutes, and then was told they "didn't see the order." 30 minutes JUST TRYING TO SEE IF A PAIR OF SHOES FITS! Management should be embarrassed that they lost an easy sale because of their useless "system." And I am super irritated that I missed the small space of time I had to workout because of it. I was literally about to buy shoes i dont need for the sake of convenience rather than make the drive home. Used to always buy my shoes at DICKS. I will not be shopping here for shoes again. Ridiculous.

Very nice spot with a lot to do. I usually go look at the soccer cleats and even look at the jerseys which the selection is pretty good. I also play a bit of Miny golf every now and then to keep things interesting.

I want to thank Ryan in the golf department excellent customer service. Found the Bushnell wingman I was looking for and called me back to let me know. THANKS RYAN 👍🏼. This is my spot for all my golf needs now because of Ryan

Online order pickup- I waited by the sign placed near cash wrap and one female associate told me I needed to follow the email instructions to pick my order up. I tried getting to my email but the cell service is horrid in and around the mall. The email wouldn’t load and she impatiently asked me what the item is and I told her shoes, and she replied if I could be more specific. I told her white Nike running shoes. She said she needs more details and I repeated women’s white Nike running shoes- like what more details?? Only then did she ask for my ID to go get the item. Maybe this is normal for Dick’s but you should not RELY on a customer to “check in from an email” to pick up their item. Have someone designated to online pick ups or be flexible and provide better customer service!
