Dickey's Barbecue Pit

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm from Dallas and all of the Dickey's there are wonderful. So naturally I didn't think twice when I decided to try this one. Worst mistake ever. I have never had such dry pulled pork and brisket in my entire life. And neither of our Westerner sandwiches had cheese on them. When you pay the money for BBQ you expect it to be worth it and this just wasn't. I truly feel robbed. I was told my total was $37 and my card was charged almost $40 which doesn't make sense either. It was hardly edible I won't make this mistake again I assure you of that!

Amazing food! It was me and my family's first time ordering and everything was perfect 🙂 Ordering on the app was so easy! And excellent customer service from the young guy working the register today around 5pm. He made sure I had everything om my big order and especially wanted to make sure they got the baked potato right since we asked for no bacon crisps for allergy reasons! He also helped with bringing the food to my car. I hope to stop by again, I loved the pulled pork sandwich 🙂‍↕️

Fanny was awesome. I just ordered online loaded potatoe and it is a tan color and tastes old. This potatoe is by far the worst I have ever had. The one rib I ordered extra was so hard I couldn't eat it. Yall should be ashamed to put out food like this. The lemon aid was more water than the flavor. Wow. I have eaten at Dickeys in Dallas and Oklahoma and this one is the bottom of the barrel . Oh and the half rack of ribs are dry no moisture in them. The only thing good was the fried okra.

I have been coming to this specific location for many years. I cannot explain how wonderful the ladies are. They are so kind and helpful! Today I said I was splitting a giant baker with a coworker. She already had it cut in half and separated in two containers. I get chicken breast, my friend had chopped brisket, and another had sausage. All wonderful!

Went there at 6pm and ordered a little over $40 worth of food and I only had $100 dollar bill to pay with and when I handed it over I was told they didn’t have enough change even though he didn’t check the 2nd cash register or asked anyone else. I have never been turned away from somewhere because they don’t have enough change.
