The food is 100% tasty. The beef is too chunky though and there was no option to have just beef vs assorted. Maybe a little more bite sized meat? This is a personal preference though…They need to decongest the space a little. The manager/owner was quite amiable.

Their meat pie is coming back to quality taste. But, they could do better though with more beef and chunkiness of the pies for $3.00 a piece from $2.00, $2:50, and now $3.00 for one.

I went in there with a walker. I wasn’t attended to by the new middle aged Igbo lady who welcomed me. A Pastor’s wife came in after me, ran straight to the fried yam and dodo I was waiting for and took every yam and dodo by herself and the man who came to ring her out was yelling that the yam is too big. I spent 1 hour in the store without being waited on. The man had no apology but asked if I could come for him to ring me up before he starts having more customers. I was just looking at him. He still rung me up without itemizing what I purchased. The bitter leaf I asked to be warmed but it was served cold though I waited for it. This was my first and last time there. Horrible service.

We found this place on Google while on vacation in Houston. It's a decent place with the atmosphere of an african restaurant. The food was the best part. We ordered fufu and vegetables stew and Amala and Gbegiri. Oh my goodness! It was the best. For a total of $47, the taste, quality and quantity exceeded our expectations. We will come again if we are around this area. Thank you for wonderful service and great food!
