Nice complex I have been staying here for the past 2 1/2 years and still going I just find it strange the way some residents vehicle wheels are being taken off of their cars. It almost seems as if they are being targeted. It doesn’t happen often but when it does, it’s right in front of the Unit all I’m saying is that for the price that we pay the security should be upped there is a courtesy officer that does patrol the area at some point and I used to see a security guard that walked the parking lot every night but lately I have Not all I’m saying is that please do something to fix this problem people spend their hard earned money to feel secure And shouldn’t have to deal with wheels being stolen didnt personally happened to me but that doesn’t mean that I can’t what about if I have visitors coming to stay and have to worry about maybe their wheels may be stolen just doesn’t seem Fair

The apartments are 5 stars and the pool is great with BBQ everywhere in the complex. The club house has lots of TVs and coffee free and a great place to meet up with people. Anyways nothing beets the pool. Really nice and well designed. Shaded area as well as sun bating whatever you want.

Very friendly leasing staff making my family’s first move less nerve wracking. Amazing location to live at and it’s always well kept like the pool, dog park, carwash, and gym. Maintenance employees always respond quickly to our requests. Overall my family and I have loved living at MAA Vintage Park !
