Absolutely amazing experience. The front desk receptionist Lesly was very kind and pleasant. She also provided the address and confirmed the location when I called in to ensure we were driving to the right place! Very accommodating and ensured my son and I understood the paperwork and whether we had any questions. The male nurse (forgot his name) was very kind and guided us to our visit room and ensured he understood what my son was experiencing. He spoke to him directly which was reassuring and ensured he explained what he was experiencing. The doctor was very reassuring as well. The wait was not long and she also asked the proper questions and ensured we understood every detail. She also walked us to the check out and introduced us to Jazmyn who was also very polite and explained the next steps. All staff members were very pleasant and smiling. The office is very clean as well! Thank you all for such a wonderful visit! Highly recommend!

Martha and Veronica are absolutely amazing. They are both so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Every time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve taken the time to explain things clearly and made sure everything was handled correctly. Their professionalism and kindness truly stand out, and they make the entire process so much easier and less stressful. I really appreciate their support and dedication. Highly recommend working with them.

I never saw a doctor here because the front office behavior was so unprofessional and aggressive that I walked away entirely. An appointment was scheduled without my consent and without speaking to me. I know for a fact that I did not talk to anyone or book anything. I do not hallucinate conversations, and I am very clear about when I speak to someone. When I contacted the office to ask about the appointment, the staff member accused me of having made it myself and then argued with me aggressively, to the point where I felt like I was being prosecuted and had to defend myself over something I did not do. It was hostile and completely inappropriate. During that same call, I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes, and no one ever came back on the line. Earlier, I had received a call that only rang twice and then stopped. Immediately afterward, I received two text messages in Spanish stating that I had an appointment scheduled — at a location over an hour away from me, nowhere near my area. Again, I did not speak to anyone, and I did not agree to this appointment. When I tried to call back after the two-ring call, someone answered in Spanish. I said, “Hi, who is this?” and received complete silence, despite clearly being connected to a live person. After several seconds of no response, I hung up. Then, two hours later, the office called me back over six times in a row, repeatedly. I declined the calls because I was already on another call, and constant beeping from another line makes it impossible to hear. Repeatedly calling like that instead of leaving a voicemail is intrusive and unacceptable. Between scheduling an appointment without speaking to me, accusing me of lying, arguing aggressively, putting me on hold indefinitely, sending unsolicited texts in Spanish, and then repeatedly calling me back-to-back, this was one of the most offensive, disrespectful, and unprofessional front office experiences I have ever had. If this is how the office operates before you even see a doctor, I would not trust them with patient care.

My pharmacy Walgreens 6895 Griggs rd pharmacist told me to call on the 1st for my medication to be ordered on time for pickup on the 3rd . Now it’s the 12th. I had back surgery still suffering severe pain and you played with me saying call everyday so thankfully MS. Bernice sent an order for a new script to be sent to cvs. Yes bye bye Walgreens.. Thank you for your help and support Ms. Bernice. .. sincerely Ms. Grove
