Rudest folks I've ever encountered. I'm in and out of liquor stores all over Houston for my job! I 100% recommend S.A.S. liquor just down the road. One of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I'm all about friendliness and customer service but I didn't get that with these 2 store employees! This store also buys reviews. Go look at the 1 star reviews and you'll see that I'm not wrong.

This place deserves all 5 stars. Went in to find some Bailey's for my morning coffee. I was given a recommendation for something even better and for only one-third of the price AND I was given the Bailey's coffee mugs for free as a gift. Honestly some of the best customer service I've ever gotten anywhere. Seemed like several of the customers in the shop at the time were regulars. That really says something about this place. I'll definitely be coming back here next time I'm in Cypress again. Highly recommend this place.

Store added a zero to my bill making my purchase over 300.00. Should have been 36.00. Honest mistake but me having to go back up there to get the refund which I have to wait 3 days for because that is how merchant services roll. They apologized but good customer service would have been to refund the whole amount for my time and trouble over their mistake. I will never opt for no receipt again.

Worst customer experience ever, I'm not even close to insecure but you can tell when someone is looking, laughing and taking about you. Specially when you faced the wall and start giggling. Think this is a bit childish and unprofessional, now I'm talking about grown adults not teenagers which it can be understandable. I Been coming to this place for years and owner or manager is a very personal individual, very kind. Employees need to follow his steps or need training on customer service.
