Cupfusion Cupcakery

Tried when they had a booth at a food event. The Lemon Drop was the best thing I tried from the event. One of the best cakes I ever had. Considering the prices, it's something for special SPECIAL events, but if the quality's consistent, it's worth it in the end.

Parking is hit or miss but the store is really so cute. It's smaller than I thought but it's so aesthetic and there's so many picture opportunities. I was a bit nervous about the customer service, but they were all really nice and friendly. The cupcakes were okay but the frosting was delicious, I love the concepts. I would definitely be back.

When we look for cool places in Houston to visit the first place we check is the google reviews. We saw this place on a whim and decided to walk over, therefore we couldn’t do our research. However, after leaving there I went to check the reviews and not to my surprise several reviews shared the same experience with the owner/ person behind the counter being rude. We never heard of this place so I was thrilled to come into such a cute place and the first thing I do is pull out my phone and the lady said no photos without paying. I asked her to please repeat herself because I was shock someone would speak to me that way. Okay, started in a rude way and caught me off guard but we were having a great date night so I definitely was not going to let this lady ruin my night. Basically we will never go back because unfortunately, we did not receive that welcoming feeling and secondly I can’t believe we paid 8 bucks for such a small basic cupcake. The icing is extremely sweet and the cake was very dense. Nonetheless, I do wish this business the very best because the concept is great, but I would kindly suggest customer service development. The place is so cute, but the attitude doesn’t match. Treat people with kindness. It shouldn’t be that many bad reviews on how people are treated in your place of business.

I was a bit hesitant to go with this place for my order of 66 cupcakes because one of the reviews said the cupcakes were too dense. But the pictures looked too good to pass up so I went for it. Let me tell you: these cupcakes are the best I've ever eaten! And presentation was exactly as pictured Not dense at all. The Macarons were perfectly light and crunchy while slightly chewy on the inside. They were also very accommodating, making 6 different cupcake flavors for me and delivering them on time, even though my order came in a bit after their 48 hour deadline. Would definitely buy here again.

What an amazing experience! The cupcakes were phenomenal and the service was outstanding. We intentionally visited Cupcakery after seeing it on social media and it didn't disappoint. Chase was so sweet and energetic and the astetics are lovely. We sampled several cupcakes and loved them all. Don't hesitate to visit .... 10 out of 10.
