I’d give the complex 3 stars. If you want to live in a decent apartment without roaches this is the place. Maintenance comes pretty fast too. The crime here is crazy. I’ve had my bundles stolen from the mailroom. I’ve had identity theft three times. Somebody is stealing from my mailbox. They have stolen a debit card and two credit cards. I had to file a police report. My car and my friends car both got broken into. The parking lot floods in certain areas. I’ve signed two leases here. My first lease was on the top floor in a one bedroom. This second lease was a two bedroom on the second floor. I’ve lived in complete hell this entire lease. After making 6 months of complaints they finally made the other tenant move to a first floor apartment she had a very rambunctious toddler. I’ve lived under kids before but this was insane at all times of the day and hours of the night. It really started to affect me mentally because my brain could never rest. He had to be jumping off something because my entire apartment would shake. But guess what? She moved and they put another toddler above me smh yup! I don’t hear my neighbors on the side of me, but the floors are very thin. I even knew my upstairs neighbors child’s name because of how thin the floors are.

I got to eclipse few weeks ago, the staff were really nice and helpful specially Mr Enoch. I really appreciate his help, he made my move in less stressful. The apartment was ready all I had to do is move in . My toddler love the new apartment it is spacious. So far so good. About the community I am still new and still observing.

Claudia is amazing! Ive been living here for a year and just signed my lease to renew for a second. From the moment of my apartment tour she has been very accommodating and has answered all of my questions. Ive enjoyed living and will continue to do so thanks to her!

have nothing more to thank for than making the decision to live in this apartment complex. They are very strict in the application process, but it was worth it. Claudia and Enoch, the leasing representatives, are very attentive and always willing to help. I have noticed that all the residents love and respect them. The maintenance workers are excellent. The site is clean and quiet. It has a gym, yoga and bicycle room, a study and a conference room. They also regularly hold recreational activities that bring together all residents to promote neighborly relations. Apartments are spacious with new appliances and the location is spectacular. I enjoy a lot going to Ray Miller Park, just crossing Eldridge Pkwy. In general, I highly recommend this place. Morgan Group is doing a great job!!!

I had a wonderful experience working with Claudia as my leasing agent. Even though she has a very busy schedule, she was always patient and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. She made the entire process of moving into our apartment smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and dedication really stood out, and I truly appreciate all the effort she put into helping us.
