The customer service was amazing but the cookies were not baked the right way. I always get the brownie batter cookies and the best part is the fudge in the middle, that makes the cookie super soft and moist. These cookies had NO fudge, were hard and VERY DRY. Zero out of ten don’t recommend. This is ridiculous, i was looking forward to my favorite cookie of all time (sad face).

My girlfriend was hyped to try this pudding literally wouldn’t stop talking about it. We finally made the trip so she could grab it, and she waited until we got home to enjoy it. She opened it up, took a bite, and immediately regretted it. It was watery, the texture was off, and overall it was just nasty. Complete letdown. We figured mistakes happen, so we called the store to try and sort it out. That’s when things somehow got worse. We asked to speak with the manager and after explaining what happened, she refused to give us her name. On top of that, she had no solution, no professionalism, and asked for our info without offering any accountability on her end. Useless. We’ll be coming into the store with the receipt, and don’t expect it to be a friendly visit. This wasn’t just about a bad product it became a lesson in how not to treat customers. You would’ve gotten two stars, but the trash customer service dropped it to one. Do better. And stop hiring people who clearly aren’t trained to handle basic customer issues.

I went here for the first time on the recommendation of my coworkers. The cookies were not sweet at all. Not recommended. Update, someone got me some crave cookies that tasted not that sweet either so maybe it's just me. It also meant a lot to me that the manager or owner quickly responded to my original criticism. The cookies were soft and delicious, they just didn't seem too sweet.

I ordered these through door dash thinking they would show up presentable. Even thought the presentation of the cookies may be the door dahser’s fault, as you can see there was a long dark black hair in the cookie. I have blonde hair, this is clearly not mine. I do not know why this order went so terribly wrong. Me and my boyfriend order from this location all the time. Hopefully this never happens for another costumer again.

A very clean and easily accessible store with a large selection of cookies to choose. Icing with rich and smooth with a great flavor and the honey bunn tasted amazing. Totally worth swinging through for a few fresh cookies to eat and take some extra home
