The chicken wings seasoned have changed and no longer look or taste the same. They fall apart easily while being grilled, which is very concerning.

I was very impressed walked in looking for groceries and the Tacos hit me and it was good! Everyone was very helpful, the employees cared unlike many establishment lately. Tons of mats at the meat counter. They have a bakery, & they serve fresh juice. Will be going back soon.

Bad customer service. As I entered the store I went to the area of hot food and there was two women there and they were chismeando (chatting) with each other then I stood there for like 3-5 minutes waiting then one of them came and said how can I help you like not even good afternoon but I was like ok I will say it then. I proceeded to ask her to give me a lb of chicharrones and she said no I cannot sell you any of those they are not good I’m going to take them out already. She did not want to sell me any because she was so comfortable talking with her colleague. EL RANCHO YOU NEED TO GIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES TO YOUR EMPLOYEES. I will never come to this store ever again in my life and I drove far just to go for some tortillas and chicharrones. I wish 0 was an option for the stars!!

Worst place to shop😡. This past weekend was my second time and it will be my last at this so called supermarket!!! To begin with, the cashier’s attitude at the time of checking out was like if she was forced to be working there had something to do with me, that’s why the importance of continue your education, lady, so you don’t have to deal with shoppers. Secondly, I only had 4 items maybe 5, one I grabbed front the pile near the registers with a big sign showing one price, when I got home and checked my receipt it showed $2 more than what I saw!!! Thirdly, unpacking I found an item I didn’t have in my cart🤔, I thought it was from someone ahead of me and the “sweet” “nice” cashier might have just not placed it in the person’s bag by mistake, I was about to take back, but what was my surprise 😮??? She charged me for the item 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡, something I didn’t not buy, I don’t use it. Maybe she’s been told to have items by the register and just discreetly sell to the shoppers without them noticing when grabbing their bags, I don’t doubt that at all. Like I said, second time and last 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡…….. I tried to give you 0 stars, unfortunately wasn’t able to. You’re a deceiving😡😡😡😡😡😡

Great store, lot of variety for Mexican cooking and fun adventure looking around this market ! Sadly I didn't find any strawberries but everything looked good and fresh!
