Cristobal Mexican Grill

My wife and I ordered the Parrillada mixta PARRILLADA (beef and chicken fajitas). We each had two tacos, but there was enough food for us to have two more tacos each! The fajitas were excellent, and the sides were plentiful. There was a decent amount of veggies in the rice, which I prefer. We also ordered a frozen house margarita and frozen mango margarita. Both drinks were great; definitely above average. The mango margarita tasted more of a syrup-mango flavoring versus mango juice. The chips and salsa were some of the best we have ever had! We really loved how the chips were crunchy and not oily, no shine at all. The queso tasted Velveeta-based; above average. The price for everything was very reasonable. This will definitely be our go-to restaurant for fajitas in the Rosenberg/Richmond area!

This is a mom & pop owned restaurant. The food was outstanding, using their own take on the recipes. We came in behind a large group but were not in a hurry. More than 1 wait person stopped to check on us and to let us know that our food would be coming shortly. Please check them out if you're in the area.

Went for a much needed lunch while camping at Brazos Bend State Park, which was about a 25 minute drive. Service was exceptional and quick and the food was outstanding! Very clean restrooms and comfortable atmosphere.

I love this place. This is a family operated business and everyone of the family and other employees are amazing. The food is amazing. Everyone is always so friendly. Tonight I had the Pechuga al Chipotle and asked them to make it extra spicy and they went above and beyond. Great work love the food and people here! Orlando will make you feel right at home!

I’ve been to Cristobal twice and this neighborhood eatery has a lot going for it. Mexican beer choices are great and the range of unique mixed drinks is awesome. I’ve also found the pours on the drinks to be very generous. Food is excellent…last time we had the fried cheese with chorizo sauces and grilled pepper… wow, this is such a great tasting and unique appetizer! I had the tacos Al pastor and the Central American plates both time I’ve been . The food is full o flat flavor and there is plenty to satisfy you! Service is attentive and fast… very friendly servers and everyone is willing to help if you have a need. I highly recommend this hidden gem!
