Ordered MAWMAW'S OXTAILS RICE AND GRAVY and JERK CHICKEN PASTA* (new dish not yet on the menu) we were warmly welcomed by Ms.Shiela, while ordering she recommended her newest pasta ^* and offered how spicy we wanted the pasta and requested spicy! Love how she offered a spice preference for the pasta. Ms.Sheilas food truck is located within the chevron parking lot next to the gas station store. If you’re just rolling by, you’ll miss it! so don’t be discouraged from driving all the way in. Both dishes were delicious, oxtails were tender to the bone and the pasta was a hearty good portion. Ms.Sheila was very helpful and provided wonderful service, I will be back! #SupportLocal

Oxtail and Shrimp pasta was awesome. I would definitely recommend it. Services was excellent and fast. Had my food within 7 mins. Definitely plan on being a regular here.

I had the opportunity to order the oxtail and shrimp pasta on DoorDash, and it was safe to say that I was thoroughly pleased. The flavor was amazing, so much so that I had to place an order the very next day to get some more. I highly recommend trying out this spot.

When I say have mercy… have mercy… yes indeed this food is excellent and we did reg spice and enough for us because it’s so tasty. I did oxtails and shrimp and can get 3 servings out of my plate. My hubby did a pasta… are it all though. lol. My daughter did fried shrimp and can get 2 meals out of it. Try many dishes and share. They threw in some greens that taste like home. Will order that next time. This was our first visit and they will see us again. Great food. Actually this is from his wife Linda. He agreed though. lol.

Where do I start?! The food is extraordinarily HEAVENLY! I'm sure the chef is an ANGEL, masquerading as a sweet human, on an assignment from God to feed us heathens! 😆 They were kind, quick and efficient. My wait wasn't long at all! I ordered the Ox Tails as it was the most popular on the menu and it did NOT disappoint! The portion was more than satisfactory, and the dish looked appealing and wonderful. The flavor was blissful as I savored every bite! I also had the greens and a side of cornbread, which I mashed together (as some of us do) and it was the PEEFECT combo and texture. And lastly, the thing I loved the most, the MAC AND CHEESE! Speckled with flakes of what looks like parsley (I could be wrong) upon my 1st bite, I WAS HOOKED and in LOVE! It had an unsuspecting "bite" of spice that I didn't know I needed or wanted but i adored. My mouth is watering as I write this, I MUST return and have it once more! Theres so many dishes that I wanted to try, and I DEFINITELY will! Next is the the Etouffee! This little food truck 🚚 Packs a powerful punch of southern charm and comfort that could only be executed by someone who cooks with love and it's evident through the flavors!
