The Chick-fil-A near my house is my go-to because they’re always consistent, friendly, and on point with service. My food comes out fresh and accurate almost every time, and the team keeps a great attitude even when the place is packed — you can really feel the pride they take in their work. I also love how involved they are in the community. They host fundraisers for local schools and put on family events throughout the year, which makes this location feel like a real neighborhood spot, not just a drive-thru. If I had one small suggestion, it’d be automatically including napkins (especially for mobile pickup) and maybe adding a dedicated mobile pickup line during busy hours since this location stays busy. Overall, they’re reliable, welcoming, community-minded and keeping our bellies full.

Ordered a spicy deluxe with American cheese. Received a spicy with cheese. Went to correct the sandwich. After 10 minutes never received the correct sandwich. I just asked for my money back. I was returned my sandwich money. They did not try to correct the order.

The worst service. The never gave me what I ask for, then when I go inside and ask for them to fix it they act like I’m the problem. The manager lectured the employee helping me fix what they didn’t get right saying next time don’t do that again she needs to pay. I’m not saying the customer is always right but clearly you just saw me in the drive through…. People if you want the original chick fil a service this location is not it..

Food is always great at chick fil a, but this location consistently forgets to put my requested sauces when I pick up my online orders and pick up through the drive thru. Luckily I check but the last 3 times I've gone this has happened and I've had to ask for the sauces (that are listed on the receipt).
