Crawfish Cafe

My entire experience, from entrance to exiting, was immaculate. The host Jeremy, accommodated my seating request without hesitation. Our server Kevin was incredibly attentive and refilled my drinks before I even knew they were getting empty! The food was amazing, my favorite being the shrimp garlic noodles. The lead Emmanuel checked in on us twice and made sure we were doing okay and enjoying everything. I was able to speak to the manager Miguel to tell him the extend to which I enjoyed my experience. We had a great experience at Crawfish Cafe. The food was delicious and everything came out fresh. Our server, Jenna H, was especially wonderful — very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She really made our visit even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great friendly prompt service & food is delicious! We got crawfish & shrimp with mushrooms, pho, salt & pepper shrimp & beignets! Very happy with everything! Our server Julianna was so great, patient with all our questions and informative! PLEASE BE CONSCIOUS OF THE WAIT TIME, AVG WAIT TIME IS 2HRS (SAT EVENING)

Normally I would go to the Heights location but I chose Bellaire because it’s closer to me. I walked in to place a togo order and a young lady was in training but very sweat. She needed assistance with taking the order which I completely understand. A young man with golden brown hair took my order. What I ordered is not what I received. Specifically asked for headless shrimp and got the total opposite. Then they brought my food from the back and it sat 10 mins before they realized it was mine. The togo service isnt good. Mind you I spent $130 and I didnt order crawfish, but they have to do better. Now im in katy with the incorrect order

First time here Emmanuel the server was very helpful and recommended me some of the best appetizers I’ve ever had. He was very patient and friendly, food was 100/10 . Very clean restaurant and great food quality.
