Came by on a Sunday 5 pm right when they opened, the host was very kind and welcomed us in, we needed that evening chai. She made us fresh chai and probably one of the best chai we have had at any hookah spot in Houston. The music selection was chill. And Sunday they have 30% off your tab. Win win! Highly recommend Crave cafe Get the chaat!

I had a pretty disappointing experience at Crave Lounge in Houston and wouldn’t personally recommend it based on my visit. The hookah was underwhelming—harsh, not well prepared, and didn’t feel like it matched the kind of experience they advertise. Service was another issue. The staff came across as disorganized and not very knowledgeable about the menu or if they have certain items available as they had to check with the chef. While we were there it felt like their servers were constantly checking tables and plates in a way that made the experience uncomfortable rather than welcoming. They kept on asking us if we need anything else so either order more food or leave as there were more people that needed to be seated. The food and event setup was also frustrating. During special events like Qawali night, the pricing felt excessive for what was offered, with a mandatory buffet charge per person that didn’t really reflect the quality or variety of the food. It also didn’t feel flexible at all if you chose to order separately which we did for about $100, as everything still seemed tied to the per-person requirement. We were still asked by the server to leave if we were not going to purchase the buffet and we can sit inside and only people who are purchasing the buffet can sit regardless how much money you have spent before the special event began. Overall, the experience felt more focused on maximizing spending than providing a relaxed dining or lounge atmosphere. Between the hookah quality, service, and event structure, it just didn’t feel worth it. Go somewhere where they care about customer experience more than generating revenue.

This restaurant has a lot of potential. The food was good. I ordered the Turkish Platter and had no complaints on taste. However the surrounding was a bit bothersome as it was a late dinner and I was expecting 10 kids there as the daycare..jumping over the furniture aa their mom sat smoking hookah..no judgement but keep your kids at home One kid was laid out on the couch sleep with blanket and all..guys this is not a typical restaurant experience. Even the wait staff was chilling on their phones sitting down not focus on customers in the place that had ordered. Furniture was filthy..and the fact kids climbing all on the chairs and couches with Shoes off on the very place I am eating doesn't sit right at all. I probably wouldn't come back unless I needed a play pen.

I really enjoy the atmosphere here — it has a beautiful and pleasant vibe. I always feel comfortable when I come. I would also like to give a special thank-you to Sakiné for her excellent service. She is always kind, attentive, and makes the experience even better. Highly recommended!

We were the only ones here, the service was very awkward the server went on break before we even put in our food order so we had to wait for him to finish but by that point we settled on a appetizer and decided to eat elsewhere. The hookah tasted awful BUT the hummus was good and the atmosphere was nice
