First time trying Craft Burger. We arrived early on a Saturday. We both ordered the Classic Cheeseburger. My better half added caramelized bacon to hers while I added sauteed jalapenos. The meat was perfectly seasoned and consistent on the flavor. I tried the sweet potato fries which had a good flavor but were a bit mushy. My wife ordered the onion rings which were huge! The onion rings had a great flavor. The decor inside was welcoming and had a Houston/Katy flair with hand painted murals on the walls. The owner was very sweet and patient as she helped navigate us through the menu. We will definitely be coming back!

I visited Craft on a Sunday evening a couple of hours before closing. The staff were welcoming and answered questions I had about the vegan burger. It’s hard finding a good vegan burger but I thoroughly enjoyed my vegan burger! GRILLED PLANT BASED PATTY, TOMATO JAM, GRILLED MUSHROOMS AND ONIONS ON TOASTED BRIOCHE BUN, I added mustard for a little more flavor. Delicious. I also ordered truffle fries. They were hot and fresh. It was a cheat day for me but I could not resist eating nearly the entire basket of fries they were so good. The location is tucked in a shopping center and inside is small but accommodating. The traffic in and online orders were steady. Which was a good sign that they had repeat customers. I don’t live in Katy, but will be back for their vegan burger for sure!

First time here but won't be our last. Service is awesome! Lost count on how many times they came to the table to check on us! The food was great, only thing we didn't finish was the onion rings, but we are not a fan of beer bartered onion rings (wife didn't know when she ordered). But the fries were great, the burger was great and the Cuban sandwich was tasty.

One of the best burger places in Katy! This place is run by the winner of Chopped 2016. And it shows. I've tried several items from the menu-my personal favorite is The Cuban sandwich with truffle fries. The meat is very soft and mixes well with the melted cheese on the inside. The truffle fries meanwhile are nice and crunchy and very savory due to the cheese and truffle oil added on. I would note that the flavor might be too strong for pickier eaters. The buttermilk chicken sandwich has juicy tender chicken and is a safe burger to get if you don't want anything fancy. I was unsure what to expect from the Morning After Burger. But i was pleasantly surprised. The candied bacon mixed with the sunny side up egg and beef patty made for a hearty breakfast burger. The buns were made of two slices of waffle. The only downside was that this was a very messy burger to eat! I tried the Chocolate s'mores milkshake. Great for chocolate lovers. The consistency is very creamy. Highly recommended :) The restaurant itself is on the smaller side but still has plenty of seating inside and outside. Paintings on the walls spell out "Houston" and "Katy" with the letters depicting landmarks. Overall, a must-visit restaurant!

Get Serious

Atmosphere was great and laid back. Music plays softly in the background low and comfortable but loud enough to enjoy the music. The menu was pretty straightforward and explained what everything was. The staff was so hospitable! I got the All American Double Burger with Loaded Fries & my boyfriend got the Juicy Lucy with truffle fries. Then we had a brownie milkshake to finish lunch off. The portions are more than enough. The food is AMAZING! Dont make a mistake and skip this place. Try it, you won't regret it!!
