Stopped into Applebee’s after a long day at work, and I’m so glad I did! My waiter, Austin, was absolutely amazing — super personable, patient, and genuinely warm. He really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying myself. I mentioned I wanted something refreshing to take the edge off after work, and he recommended the perfect drink to go — it was delicious! His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole experience such a treat. Austin truly went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be coming back. If you stop in, make sure to ask for Austin — he’ll take great care of you! ☺️😌

My family of 7 and I recently went to Applebee’s for dinner, and we had such a great experience! Our server, Asia, was absolutely amazing. We hadn’t seen her there before, so we’re guessing she might be new, but you would never know it by the way she handled our table. She had such a charming smile and a genuinely positive attitude the entire time. Asia was very attentive, made sure we had everything we needed, and checked on us consistently without being overbearing. Even with a larger group like ours, she stayed organized and professional. The food was delicious. I ordered the chicken parmesan fettuccine with an Emerald Escape, and both were 10/10.

The service from Romeo was actually the BEST my fiancé and I have received at any restaurant. He was extremely kind and had excellent recommendations. I can’t wait to come back ! Also, the wonton tacos are DELICIOUS :) as you can tell we had already started eating it and I wanted to devour it instantly. The service was also fast so I appreciate it!

We arrived at 12 for lunch and when opened the door were greeted by a sewage odor. The waitress who was not properly trained was struggling and no one was helping her. She wrote down the order and it took 35-40 minutes for us to get our food. 3 of us got our food and one didn’t. My colleague asked the waitress about this food her response she forgot to put in his food order in. We were 1 of only 3 other tables with customers. The food was good but the service was terrible! I ordered the pretzels and the triple trio with shrimp, wings & tacos. So after my colleague had no food he was still going to be charged for his drink until he asked to speak with a manager. The entire situation was unacceptable and the manager didn’t apologize or speak on it. Don’t know how that establishment is still in business. Not able to leave zero or no stars.

I came in today and specifically asked for fresh food and the manager gave me an odd look and mentioned how it was always fresh but lo and behold when I get my food it’s not fresh. It’s old and it’s very frustrating to me when I spend my money in specifically asked for it to be fresh and I’m more than willing to patiently wait that I have to get old food. Normally, I go to a different location and I don’t have a problem with them. Give me fresh food I just came to this one because I was over here, but I think that’s very disappointing that even after I asked you, you as a manager still gave me something old out the kitchen.
