The service from Romeo was actually the BEST my fiancé and I have received at any restaurant. He was extremely kind and had excellent recommendations. I can’t wait to come back ! Also, the wonton tacos are DELICIOUS :) as you can tell we had already started eating it and I wanted to devour it instantly. The service was also fast so I appreciate it!

We arrived at 12 for lunch and when opened the door were greeted by a sewage odor. The waitress who was not properly trained was struggling and no one was helping her. She wrote down the order and it took 35-40 minutes for us to get our food. 3 of us got our food and one didn’t. My colleague asked the waitress about this food her response she forgot to put in his food order in. We were 1 of only 3 other tables with customers. The food was good but the service was terrible! I ordered the pretzels and the triple trio with shrimp, wings & tacos. So after my colleague had no food he was still going to be charged for his drink until he asked to speak with a manager. The entire situation was unacceptable and the manager didn’t apologize or speak on it. Don’t know how that establishment is still in business. Not able to leave zero or no stars.

We were here visiting and decided to eat at Applebee's because just about every other restaurant that wasn’t fast food was closed. We were at The Fountains so it gave us nice scenery. The girls enjoyed it and we decided to eat outside. The food came out in a decent amount of time. I asked if onions were in my food and was told the guacamole didn't have onions, then I asked if there were onions in the corn I was told no but there were. I was disappointed in that.

Dirty silverware and dirty floor. Our server, Bobby R, was nice but forgot the breadstick that came with my wifes Chicken Alfredo. Food was OK. I had a 10 Oz steak and it was fine. Mashed potatoes were a little dry. Overall it was meh. Not somewhere I would go again. Another customers kid was rolling on the floor and running around the tables. Annoying.

Robin made our family dinner something to remember. We came in as a big, chaotic party with lots of kids, multiple adults, and the kind of energy that can overwhelm a restaurant. From the moment he saw us he was calm, cheerful, and completely on top of everything. He provided us with drink refills so well we didn’t have to ask once, checked in at just the right times, and kept the whole table smiling with warm, funny conversation. What stood out most was how genuinely kind he was. When my grandmother needed help getting up, Robin was there immediately and handled it with tenderness and respect. The kids thought he was so sweet they started giggling when he brought out ice cream, which only made the moment better. He balanced professionalism and personality perfectly. He was attentive without hovering, friendly without being intrusive. As we left I even watched him hold the door for incoming guests, the same thoughtful behavior he showed us. If this is how he treats every table, he’s not just an excellent server, he’s an ambassador for the restaurant. Robin deserves a raise, an award, and all the praise you can give. He gets 5 stars and our heartfelt thanks. We’ll be asking for him next time we dine at Applebees!
