⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Unsafe & Management Does Nothing I am beyond furious and disappointed. I live here and pay high rent, have never missed a payment or been late, and I woke up to find my tires and rims STOLEN right out of this apartment’s parking lot. And guess what? Management’s response was basically, “We’re sorry, there’s nothing we can do.” That’s it. No solutions. No accountability. No added security. What makes this even worse is that this is NOT an isolated incident. Multiple residents have had their tires and rims stolen over the past MONTHS, and absolutely nothing has changed. No increased patrols. No cameras added. No warnings to residents. Just excuse after excuse. Meanwhile, the office is always conveniently closed for holidays, staff parties, or random off days, but when residents experience real loss and financial damage, suddenly nobody can help. We don’t wake up with money growing on trees — we go to work every day to pay these bills, just for thieves to steal from us on the very property we’re supposed to feel safe on. This is unacceptable. The lack of urgency, care, and security is disgusting. If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t — your car and your peace of mind are both at risk.

I had an excellent move-in experience at The Abbey at Springtown! Reyna, the leasing consultant, provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The assistant manager was also helpful and supportive throughout the process. Overall, the team was welcoming and responsive, and I truly felt valued as a resident. I highly recommend The Abbey at Springtown to anyone looking for a great place to live with an amazing staff!

Ashly at the front office of The Abbey Apartments was great! Anytime I had an issue or question, she was always helpful, super friendly, and really quick to respond. Maintenance was also really responsive, kind, and friendly, and took care of things fast whenever something came up. Having a reliable front office and maintenance team made things easy, and overall they helped make my experience at The Abbey a good one. The only reason I moved out was because I was moving to a different state, 10/10 would have renewed if I was staying in the area.

I wanted to wait a few months before leaving a review, and now that we’re almost a year in, I feel it’s the perfect time. From the start, Maddie was amazing, she guided us through the application process, kept us updated, and answered every question clearly and quickly. She was extremely responsive, and nothing ever felt confusing or unclear. Ashley and Karen were also incredibly welcoming and reassuring, which made me feel confident that I was choosing the right community. Maintenance is impressively fast! Every time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled by the next day, and never later than day two. Truly outstanding service! Go maintenance team!!! After having a negative experience at my last complex, I was hesitant about renting again, but I can honestly say we made the right decision. We’re looking forward to renewing our lease for another year. Thank you all so much! 🩷
