Been here for the past 3 years my second apartment experience I loved loving here I would have stayed longer. You can’t put a price on safety and a young women living alone working night jobs coming in late I never felt unsafe here. The rent is very affordable too tho . The two office ladies are very sweet. It may get loud around the holiday weekends like fire works and stuff. Maintenance is pretty quick . The only issue is the power but it’s due to the city typically working on the street . Besides that it’s a nice affordable to live .

Please don’t rent here , infested with roaches . When told about the problem they send pest control. When that doesn’t work they then try to say “ it’s house keeping issues “ & will offer to bomb unit but will not pay for furniture wrapping etc. you also can’t smoke in the unit or on the property. You can’t barbecue . You can’t have a ring camera & all the “ amenities “ are ether not working or can’t be accessed .

★☆☆☆☆ — Long-Term Tenant Warning: Avoid Miramonte Apartments (Stafford, TX) I’ve been dealing with the same issues at Miramonte Apartments for years now, and I’ve honestly had enough. This place has a serious roach infestation that never goes away no matter how clean you keep your unit. The property manager is one of the biggest problems. She constantly plays favorites, only enforces rules on certain people, and acts like she’s above the law. She talks crazy to tenants, does what she wants, and has even moved in her family and friends to keep tabs on other residents. It’s uncomfortable and unprofessional. She doesn’t even follow housing or HUD rules, which is unacceptable. I’m now seriously thinking about reaching out to corporate or whoever owns this property because this has gone on way too long. If you’re looking for a peaceful, fair, and clean place to live this is NOT it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Hello Everyone. Scared with this place. Dark after 6 p.m - 7 p.m no lights around inside, too much dog shit (many don't clean when dog shit). Too much loud people doing.

Currently looking to move so I called this complex to see if they had a two bed two bath available Cindy informed me that they did I then ask her if they took section 8 housing vouchers she told me that they did I went the same day to view the apartment she showed me a smaller version two bed two bath for around 1200 that particular unit she would not take a voucher for I think she wanted me to pay full cash when I told her I had a voucher smh she had two units she was trying tomlewse that day she stated that multiple times she also stated she would see if she could move me and another applicant around the other applicant I'm guessing is paying regular rent she put in an app for the bigger size unit she kept saying that she's trying to lease both units that day from that I got it's all about the money for her what ever incentives she gets I'm not mad at that part she told me should would give me a call back after she see what she can do! two days later nothing no phone call on the third day I call the office no answer caller I'd ? it's giving unprofessional and a waste of time for me while the apartment is fairly decent on the inside the process of getting into the apartment not so much so I guess the reviews regarding the office and customer service are indeed true and correct nonetheless God is good and will provide good luck renters 0/10 do not recommend.
