From the outside it is look like regular Vietnamese restaurants. But, when you are get inside then you can see the luxury interior design and still on going. Since they are just newly opening on March 2023. Good broth. My rice noodle portion quite a lot. I had to bringing home my leftover.

What a weird space!! Why is it called 'food court' if it's just one restaurant. And it's so huge but no one here.. The "luxurious" walls have big numbers on them because how else can I waiter possibly remember which table to take the food to, lol. There is a stage with old carpeting and more cheap plastic wall paneling. Very ininviting from the outside. Bars on doors. Location is not good. Unless you know it's there, you'd never see it from the road or even Lowe's parking lot. Take out was faster than promised. Good tasted good.

Food was hot and pretty good. Pho was a little salty with different type of noodle. The bun thit nuong was better. Empty inside except for us. Another vietnamese place to try though

Good food, good restaurants inside 🤩. Newly open, the owner is nice. Kevin is good service. Definitely, I will be back and try hot stone rice pot. Price is reasonable ( 15% off) for lunch.
