Nice staff and the icecream cake we got tasted great but we ordered red velvet cake. To us it was a big thing to make sure it was red velvet (even chocolate would have worked) but they gave us vanilla cake. Everything else was fine but for a birthday cake you would hope such an important part would be remembered. Had to break it to the birthday girl no red velvet sadly. Seems like a great location otherwise but we will probably just pick a different location for Icecream cake next time. Getting Icecream in person seems fine though, we saw happy customers in there so otherwise seems like a nice location but sadly for us it was a bit of a hiccup in birthday plans.

We come here often and always see the same wonderful faces. They are always happy, kind, and have great conversation! Even when we come a couple minutes before close, they never give us grief and are happy to serve us. The ice cream is pretty great too ;) we love coming here!!

My gf and I love going to this Coldstone! We’ve been to several locations across Houston including the ones in Cypress, 529, and Fulshear, and this one is by far our favorite. Perfect place to go for a sweet treat after dinner or a movie!

We walked in Tuesday night and Bonnie was so incredibly nice. She made the kids so excited to get ice cream and turned it into an experience. We will definitely be back soon

I have not had Coldstone since 2008 and the ice cream still tastes amazing. I drove 25 minutes to visit this location (it's the closest to me) and it was worth it for the nostalgia. I purchased the Strawberry Blonde and it took me back to the first time I had it. I'm definitely glad I took the trip. I'm also glad that the employee was nice and wearing a mask. It's nice to go to a business that still has covid safe practices.
