Wow, I’m so impressed! I’m not sure if she’s an assistant manager or the manager, but the woman leading the team today is *exactly* who you want in charge. She made sure employees washed hands and changed gloves, greeted me warmly, and kept both the drive-thru and counter running smoothly. Super efficient, fast service, and her attention to detail gave me confidence in the food quality — and she didn’t disappoint! The wrap I had was perfectly packed, way better than what I’ve gotten at other places like McDonald’s. This location deserves recognition for its amazing management!

I live in the neighborhood and often stop by for what should be a simple meal, it never is. Virtually the entire staff are incompetant and the food has something incorrect 90% of the time. Ive wanted to complain almost every visit for months but always get over it and give them the benefit of the doubt. Today i stopped in at lunch time and ordered thru the app. After a fairly long wait i get to the speaker to be told they have NO soda. This location seems to almost always be out of cups or some flavor of soda but today they had none at all. Frustrated, but already stuck in line i said that was fine and proceeded to the window. The girl at the window rudely told me she cant give me a receipt and doesnt know who i am because i should be in the curbside bay...she was incorrect and when i showed her my order she just said "oh" and closed the window. Whe she returned i asked if i would get a refund for the soda i already paid for which baffled her and needed several employees and a manager to figure out. The solution? Cancel my entire order and tell me "🤷♂️". I had been calm and kind even in the face of rudeness and incompetence and was herded away like a peasant. So far the charges for the entire order remain on my bank statment. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and drive a few exits down the highway to a location that can do their job. 0/5.

Food is correct about every 3rd order. No idea why they ask if you'd like condiments, they never give them to you nor do they give you a straw or napkins.

I wouldn’t go to this location again. I only stopped by because it’s close to my workplace, and this was my first time here. The location itself is hard to find. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Big Mac meal without pickles. The staff asked me to park, and said they’d bring the food out. After waiting 10 minutes, my food finally arrived. I asked for napkins, and the lady simply said, “I don’t have them.” When I checked the bag, the fries were cold and stale, and the burger had pickles in it, even though I clearly asked for it without. Worse, the burger itself was cold, burnt, and inedible. I wasn’t even able to eat it that day. Very disappointing experience. Won’t be returning.
