Cibus Artisan Food

Cibus Artisan Food is a great store with high quality food. The place where you have a great selection of beef, sausages, chorizos, and sauces like Bolognese and Chimichurri for your BBQ. They have a variety of morcillas and chorizos, as well as beef cuts like entraña and punta trasera (picaña). Also they carry a selection of burger patties. We had a great time when the owners showed us their products and explained how they are made and cured. Really a very very nice store. Totally love it!

Long time fan of this great, family-run business. Homemade sausages with recipes from all over Latin America. Newer sausage recipes of their own as well. Fresh baked bread that goes bad in 3 days b/c there’s no preservative. Homemade chimichurri. Picanha. Cured meats like salami, proscuitto. Great, great, great place.

First time I grill Cibus sausages and Picanha Used my open fire Santa Maria. Grilled Argentinian sausage, Txistorra and Trump sausages. Th Txistorra was my party’s favorite. The Picanha (Black Angus) was very tender and tasty. Can’t wait for next grilling weekend to try the other sausages and charcuterie. Hope they extend their free shipping to 10miles, to save the drive to the store.

As a Venezuelan I have to admit that this place sells AUTHENTIC Venezuelan food! I’ve tried their chorizos and all of them are just Excellent, however, today I went there to buy some Halacas and a small Pan de Jamon. For all of y’all that are not familiar with these dishes, these are authentic Venezuelan dishes that are served only on Christmas season. Y’all need to do yourself a favor and try them! Thank you Cibus Family for doing such an amazing job and for representing our country.

The customer service and selection were fantastic. Beautiful products. There were 4 different kinds of blood sausage to choose from (plus many other types appearing equally delicious) and pre sliced carpaccio!
