Chili's Grill & Bar

This place has definitely come a long way. Still a Chili’s but the service has improved so much since my initial visit last October when it took forever to get my food and they got my order wrong twice. I assume the management has changed now. This time, the wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Filled up my mango iced tea several times. My Smashburger and fries came out hot and juicy. I had no complaints. You cant beat the 3 for $10.99 app, entree, side, and drink!

We visited this Chili’s location as a family of four and had an extremely disappointing experience. After being seated, we waited 25 minutes without any acknowledgement or service. Eventually, a server named Heather came out from the back, but instead of attending to us—who had clearly been waiting much longer—she chose to take the order of a couple who had just arrived and only been waiting about 10 minutes. This was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful. On top of that, the restaurant was practically empty—it was a Monday with hardly any customers. There was absolutely no reason why our family should have been ignored for that long. We left the restaurant and drove to the Chili’s at Buffalo Speedway instead, where we were greeted and served within 60 seconds. Drinks and orders were promptly taken, which is exactly what we expected in the first place. This location at Katy Fwy needs serious attention to customer service and training. No family should have to wait 25 minutes to be acknowledged, only to then watch newer guests receive priority.

Ordered through Uber Eats and the wings had no sauce when I ordered the Sweet Chili Zang. If y’all don’t have certain flavors, the customer should be informed prior to finishing preparation of the meal and arriving flavorless.

I will never understand how this place stays in business. I have tried to give this place a chance over the years, and c every single time it has been a terrible experience. From the moment you walk in. NO one is ever at the front to welcome you. After you wait to be seated you then have to wait too long in my opinion to be greeted by your server. Then more waiting and looking around for your server to reappear in an almost empty restaurant. There's no excuse. Where do they go hide? What are they doing? This has happened to me more than once at this location. Another experience the time before. I was told by a waitress to expect a long wait bc she was the only one there to take care all the tables 😲

Update!! Still excellent service! Shout out to Jonny with no H for being an absolute joy of a server! Give that man a raise and have him train folks because he is top tier! Love this Chilli's! My daughter and I come in regularly and ask for Sarah!! She is personable, engaging, and such an attentive waitress!! Our food is always fresh and hot and served in a timely manner. The restaurant is always clean, and you can tell everyone does their part to make it a wonderful experience for the guests.
