Chicken Kitchen

My first time to visit. I was hungry for basics. Mashed potatoes. Veggies. Didn’t want fried food. Did a search and Chicken Kitchen was one of the choices. The food was just what I wanted. I ordered dark meat with two sides. Mashed potatoes and green beans. Good portions and it was delicious. Mashed potatoes were the real deal and perfect texture and flavor. Green beans were not overcooked - not mushy. Still had some crunch and texture. So good. The chicken was excellent. Seasoning and flavor were great. Cooked all the way through but not dry. If you are looking for good basic food - go here. Great folks. Great food. Good prices.

We had to original bowls, delicious flavorful chicken, the yellow rice is heaven. 2 cups of soup which accomplished the bowl perfectly. I was craving guac and also prefer the coleslaw.. yummy full and had left overs..

Very pleasant surprise! It seeks to fill the niche many of us have been looking for: healthy fast food, that tastes good. Ordered the grilled breast dinner, with two sides at $13.99 pre-tax. With a fountain drink, it came out to $17.70 before tip. Sadly, I had no money for tip. Sides ordered: balsamic tomatoes, in the corn mix (it's Santa Fe style corn/black beans/peppers). Chicken was well-season and not too dry. By itself, delicious, but then you try their sauce bar... And then you get a choice of some very tasty sauces. The spicy cilantro was probably my favorite, but the mustard curry was a unique surprise. The sweet and sour sauce was also one of my favorites, although fair warning, it's not like the sweet and sour sauce that we've grown up with here in Texas. Finally, the barbecue sauce was also tasty and smoky. Only complaint would be that the ranch tasted like it was from a bottle. You guys were great, very friendly. Highly recommended.

They messed up our order and even overcharged us. We had to bring the food back and hand everything over just to get a refund. The manager seemed more irritated than apologetic, and the whole interaction felt rushed, like they just wanted us out. The food we did receive was cold and honestly just not good. I’ve had this same restaurant in Miami, and the bowls were much bigger and tasted great, so this location was a huge disappointment. I definitely won’t be coming back.

My order was missing the black beans showed in the uber photo. Food was also dry (the chicken) and cold:(!! Must have just thrown stuff together even tho i ordered 35 min before close
