Chicken express is the best! The staff are friendly and helpful. The chicken is hot and delicious. The fried fish is also very good. Highly recommend the chicken, chicken tenders, gizzards, or fried fish. Most of the sides are tasty with the favorites being French fries, corn nuggets, and mashed potatoes. Looking forward to going back!

Ordered family meal to go for my nieces birthday. Got to the restaurant and order was ready. Also, my order was correct with no errors. Employees were friendly. Food was fresh and hot. Definitely will be back! I highly recommend this location.

I was more impressed than I expected I would be. The chicken was very fresh and tasty. We arrived 15 minutes after they opened, so I am sure that helped. The service was fast and accurate as far as our actual food order, BUT they charged me the car order behind us (the slip attached to my food bag showed my car type and color; the other receipt handed to me showed a completely different type and color). I didn't catch it until I had already pulled away from the drive thru. I called the store and I was told I would need to come back in to fix the issue. I decided to deal with it later. I wanted to eat my food while it was still hot. The chicken was nicely battered, very fresh and the perfect temperature. The fries were also very good. I like the gravy option with chicken tenders - tastes like a country lunch. Yum! The coleslaw was nice with a wonderful crunch. The roll - oh my goodness were they delicious! You have a choice of a biscuit or roll, but I prefer rolls. The sweet tea with the "Sonic" ice was also great! Their menu is pretty extensive for fast food. Not many places have okra and green beans for a side. I stayed with the safe option of fries, just in case, but next time, I will try other items. I ended up going back to rectify the situation of being overcharged. The manager was very nice and willing to help. I had to explain it to 4 people first, then wait for a good 20 minutes (I shouldn't have gone during their dinner rush), but it was cleared up and I appreciated the assistance.

I wish they had spicy chicken options but the fact you can get any 3 pieces of chicken, your choice, a side and a drink for $13 is alright with me, especially because I don't eat dark meat so I'm chosing 3 breasts 🤣. More bang for my buck. I'll add my own seasoning at home or just get a jalapeno and I'm good.

It's been well over a decade since I've had Chicken Express because my family and I moved here from Dallas many years ago and I've sadly always missed this place and wished that a location was near me. Well, lo and behold, on one fateful Saturday, I happened to be in the Fiesta parking lot and glanced up and my eyes locked with Chicken Express. It was then at that point, I realized my prayers had been answered and I was definitely going to break my diet just to enjoy the amazingly fresh tenders this place offers lol. And enjoy them I did, and can I say, they taste even BETTER than I remember????? Juicy, fresh, and flavorful and then I was blown away with their spicy tenders!!!! THESE WERE THR BEST SPICY CHICKEN TENDERS I'VE EVER HAD!!! Also, I'd forgotten how utterly delicious their fries were. They're like battered and crispy and oh yeah, their rolls are AMAZING!!! Sweet, yeasty with a hint of butter on on the bottom... They are seriously the BEST rolls I've ever had at a fast food restaurant and worth EVERY calorie! Also, the service is EXCELLENT!!! The employees were fast, friendly and patient with my absolute giddiness about being inside Chicken Express again. Thank you Chicken Express for gracing the Cypress area with your presence! I am telling all of my friends to come check you guys out and we will be back for sure!!
