Here’s a smoother and more polished version at about 167 words: I stopped by this Kroger while waiting for an appointment after noticing they had a Pokémon vending machine inside. It’s actually pretty cool that they offer something like this, and it definitely makes the store more fun and interesting to visit. However, I did notice that staff and security were constantly hovering around the machine and checking it, which honestly felt a bit uncomfortable. Because of that, customers barely get a fair chance to score any of the better items before they’re gone. Despite that, I was still able to buy three single booster packs. It should’ve been four, but the machine glitched, went into maintenance mode, and one pack didn’t come out. I later contacted the Pokémon Company and they refunded me for the missing one, so that part was handled well. Overall, I still appreciate Kroger for having these machines. I just hope the staff can relax a bit and let customers enjoy the experience 😅

I’m writing this review to highlight one of your team members (Erica). She is amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I was there twice and each time she helped me out with my Instacart order at self checkout because I didn’t understand the app but she understood it very well and helped me navigate. She was super. friendly so helpful and so amazing and I’m so grateful for her‼️ Thank you so much Erica❣️You made my life and my day so much easier. I really appreciate you🥰

I do overall love the atmosphere of this store, but there’s no reason why my apples should be going bad so soon. I literally only got 2 apples out of the bag and those were soft/ mushy when I bit into them.

Limit of 5 gallons of milk. Does not state that anywhere in store and there was more than enough product stocked. Proceeded to tell me after I unloaded my cart I cannot get more than 5 gallons of whole milk. Then, did not help bag any of my groceries or put them in my cart and instead cleaned up the bits of milk/condensation drips on the line (milk gallons sweat - I didn’t spill any milk) and embarrassed me by profusely apologizing to the customer behind me for me “getting it dirty” on the line and ignored me completely for the rest of the transaction. I bagged and carted all of my own groceries while he apologized on my behalf to strangers behind me. Super unprofessional. If I’m spending $200 on beverages the least you can do is help me bag and place in my cart instead of shaming me for buying an understandably weird amount of milk. I get it. I run a coffee shop. I’m not over here stock piling milk. State your policy in store and train your employees for customer service and interactions. First and last time to this Kroger. Do better.

★★★★☆ Kroger on Studemont is one of the better locations in the area. They have a great selection of groceries and household items, and they run some really nice sales from time to time. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, which makes shopping there a pleasant experience. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I’m currently on a broken ankle and needed one of the mobility carts. They had two available, but neither worked very well, which made getting around more difficult than it should have been. That definitely took away from the overall experience. Aside from that, it’s a great store, and I’ll absolutely shop there again.
