I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this Pizza Hut honestly deserves it. Every time I’ve ordered from this location, they’ve been fast, accurate, and genuinely kind. The food always comes out hot and fresh — like fresh fresh, not sitting-around-for-20-minutes fresh. My pizza had the perfect amount of toppings, the wings were crispy without being dry, and even the breadsticks tasted like they just came out of the oven. What I really appreciate, though, is the customer service. The team here actually pays attention. They double-checked my order, made sure everything was right, and even threw in extra sauces without me having to ask. You can tell they take pride in what they do, which is rare these days. If you want a Pizza Hut that actually gets it right every time, Wayside is the one. Highly recommend. 🍕🔥

I guess I’m in the late show thinking they still had a buffet. Not since Covid. Strictly a carry out. No water, no ice, no salt & pepper, no fountain drinks. We were the only ones dining in and our pizza was delivered in a to go box. We were asked if we wanted plates. Yes please! I got up and retrieved napkins from near the register. Still, the pizza was fresh and thin crust we love. We were hungry and ate it all - a medium size. Carry out only.

Never had an issue until today the "manager" Isabel took my order I waited in the lobby everyone's food came out until I finally asked the "manager" how much longer she asked what did I order she looked and said its under the wrong name I told her she never asked for my name, this whole time she had an attitude after she was the one who made a mistake told her she needed to fix her attitude she told me I needed to fix mine lol I asked for her name gave me a fake one but I forgot the receipt had it they need to do better on who they hire as a manager lol.. I told her she had poor customer service her reply was so did I lol like lady I dont work there lol To the owner sorry but you need to do better.

I ordered from this Pizza Hut and was disappointed with my experience. The pizza arrived without sauce or cheese, and the Alfredo pasta was missing the chicken. I tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue and was transferred to the manager’s line, but the call just rang with no one picking up. I’d appreciate a response to help make things right, as this isn’t what I expected from this Pizza Hut ."

Staff is very friendly especially with my kids! Food is always hot and made great, not to mention always super tasty. Love how the store is decorated for the holidays as it makes it a lot more inviting and fun experience. 10/10 store!
