Came in about 5 pm and this really nice young man with short locs. Was polite and helpful and my fries 🍟🍟 wore hot and fresh 🤗🤗 overall was a pleasant visit 😊

Though the exterior of the building could use some freshening, the food is great for a fast meal, and the service is excellent. Be prepared to wait a bit, bit it's worth the wait. Hot and fresh.

We drove here from San Antonio to be spontaneous and for nostolgia. Wife and I missed the good old days when we were kids, and we'd go to Rally's, and wanted our daughter to try it. Well, the food here was actually pretty good, and the fries definitely brought back memories. The burgers actually tasted good, but not reminiscent of the burgers I remember, they didn't seem as warm and fresh like I remember them. The cashier seemed hard of hearing and confused about the menu. They initially forgot the cheese on my daughter's burger, and they gave my wife the completely wrong sandwich. She brought it up to the staff but declined to have it remade, she just wanted them to know they made a mistake, so it doesn't happen to others. She also shared with them that we drove from San Antonio just to be here. They were shocked. What kind of psycho drive 3 hours just for a burger?

The lady management material named Cris took great care of me... I have been to this location 4 days in a row. Everyday except for today my food has been old and cold and fried in extremely old oil... I just deal with it because my lunch is 30 min long and checkers is the only place around. My burger today still tasted like it was made 2 hours ago but the greas has been changed and all the fried things were amazingly different even though my chicken was skimped (half full) and there's a red sauce in the container that should be present. A couple improvements and ill be back to write a 5 star review. Go Cris!!! She rocks. If she wasn't In there this review would have list a star
