Charleys Cheesesteaks

I placed an online order for pick up at 2 PM. Circumstances prevented me from arriving at two. I get there at nearly 3. The order was ready by 2:04. I asked to speak with a manager, and Steve the general manager spoke with me. I informed him that I wasn’t able to get here at 2 and the app doesn’t have the functionality to edit pick-up time. I asked if the food could be remade. He said yes I’ll do that for you, and you can keep the food we made earlier. Solid, no nonsense, customer first type of leader. I will be back!

Steve the general manager and Tony the employee are great guys. Tony prepared our food and it was awesome and Steve made sure we was satisfied with the way Tony prepared our . Customer service was great. This is the only Charley's we come to. Sha and Danny 6/19/2026

The GM over thus store was wonderful positive attitude & inactive with his customer & his staff very polite & friendly.This will be a place i will come to everytime i come to Houston, Tx..I love the atmosphere thank you for making me feel at home. I'm from out of town just visiting.

Charley's came to my life extremely randomly, I have never heard of it until today! I was in Walmart and just got done with doing inventory at all three of my properties, I currently manage in Houston, and I saw this restaurant in the Walmart that I had never seen before. The pictures looked delicious, and I just had to try one of their cheesesteaks. The Walmart I frequent in Atlanta has a Subway inside of it and I'll be honest I am not a fan of Subway, I was starving while shopping then suddenly I was overcome with joy because I got to try a new place. When I got to the register there was no one in line so I was taking my sweet time making my choices, I ended up going with the classic cheesesteak and a real blueberry lemonade, the cashier was really young and we had a casual conversation while my food was being made. I got my order and I was so hungry I decided that I was going to eat right then and there. The space was really big, they had plenty of tables and chairs, they actually had a cool backdrop and throne you can take pictures on! It's really cool to see. If I had someone with me, I would have taken a flick. The food was tasty, I honestly don't know if it was because I had not eaten all day, and my taste buds were heightened, but my cheesesteak tasted a bit salty. Again, in their defense, I worked out and played basketball all day without eating, so that could throw my taste out of whack. With all that being said, the food was good, very filling, I do believe I received an adequate amount of food that I paid for, and that is always something to smile about. Next time, I am going to try their chicken and one of their milkshakes.

Kim's was very nice and courteous. Explained deals and even helped out with a customer appreciation discount. She a valuable asset to your company. It's rewarding this day in age to go to an establishment and have friendly experience. Thanks Kim you are awesome. Telling ALL my friends and definitely coming back
