This is the nearest Chick-fil-A in our area, and we typically visit the Town Lake location, where the staff and managers are welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the management at this location does not exude the same level of friendliness, although some employees are polite. We have been frequenting this location every week since the renovation. Our 3-year-old daughter is a huge fan of Chick-fil-A, but our experience today was disappointing. We usually order the kids' meal for her, but today, it did not come with a toy, which she was looking forward to. Instead, she became fascinated with a balloon tied to a tree and asked the manager if she could have it. Unfortunately, the manager was not accommodating, which broke my daughter's heart. Fortunately, she is not prone to tantrums and understood that she cannot always get what she wants. Nevertheless, I was surprised that the manager could not spare one balloon. As a result, we have decided to stop visiting this location. We will continue to patronize Chick-fil-A, but I wanted to express my disappointment with the service at this particular location.

Ms. Rutland took great care of me during a breakfast rush. She always has a smile on her face and a warm, positive demeanor. It is hard to maintain that energy all the time so I admire that about her! The only thing I've noticed that's very different since the remodel is that customers that order through the app and run through the drive through (app order line) seem to wait longer to receive their orders than just straight drive through orders. I'm sure it will get settled in time.

Attendant took our order through the drive-through go to the window. It was the wrong order. The girl at the window, told us to wait Because the biscuits were in the oven. Weight it over 10 minutes and we never got our food. Had to go. Inside. Our order Was nowhere to be found. They need todo better snd not to lie to customers.

I don’t come to this locate very often but the times I have. Logan has been wonderful! His customer service skills are outstanding and he is very friendly! He lives up to the Chick-fil-a standards. I always come thru the drive thru. Great Job Logan

Worst experience. Made me wait for more than 15 mins when my pickup was right behind the counter. Had the person at the counter not even look my way while I was waiting and about 3-4 other workers walked past me and ignored me completely. I said excuse me a bunch of times and even the workers who heard me from inside just looks and didn’t do anything. Finally when someone did give me my order, they gave me half of it and forgot the other bag. I had to leave and come back and wait again for a couple of mins. I love Chick-fil-A and the customer service but this location is definitely the worst ever. I ended up taking lunch for my daughter late.
