I had an exceptional experience at CAVA today! The ingredients were fresh, the bowl was perfectly balanced, and everything tasted amazing. What made it truly outstanding was the service from Paleyo. They were kind, patient, and genuinely cared about creating a great guest experience. Their attention to detail and positive attitude made my visit memorable. CAVA is always great, but team members like Paleyo make it exceptional. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service & Flavor – “The Mark Combo” is a Must-Try! I stopped by this CAVA location after work and had one of the best experiences I’ve had anywhere. The restaurant was spotless — from the clean floors to the bathrooms — and there was no line at all. The staff moved fast, everyone was friendly, and the whole vibe was just relaxed and welcoming. But what really made my visit unforgettable was Mark, the manager. He personally suggested what I now call “The Mark Combo.” Let me tell you — it was refreshing, delicious, and perfectly balanced. Who knew tomatoes could taste that good? And the cheesy topping he recommended took it to another level. Every flavor worked in harmony — it’s now my go-to every time I visit. If you come here, just tell them, “I’ll take the Mark Combo,” and you’ll thank me later. Great staff, clean environment, quick service — and a manager who genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy. Mark deserves a raise.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at CAVA This location was a letdown from start to finish. The staff seemed disinterested and put minimal effort into making the bowls. Portions were ridiculously small. It felt like they were rationing everything just to avoid restocking. I was only given two scoops of spreads, even though every bowl includes three. The staff rushed me through without offering the third, which is standard. Toppings weren’t any better — the lettuce container was practically empty, and I was given maybe five pieces. When I asked for more, the employee acted like it was an inconvenience. Basic things like offering pita bread (supposed to get one complimentary for every bowl!) or asking about a drink were completely skipped. I had to ask for a drink cup after paying, which should’ve been handled during the order. Overall, it felt like the team just didn’t care. If you’re paying full price, you should get full portions — not half-empty bowls and minimal service. Won’t be coming back.

The Mediterranean food at cava is one of the best foods I’ve tasted in a while. The portions are amazing and they have a variety of drinks to choose from. I like how the vibes are calm and all the employees are so calm and collective. Thanks to the employees Benny and Mark for helping me out with my order today. Their customer services was great and they gave me recommendations on what foods are healthy for me. I give them a 5 star rating, I would rate it higher if I could.

I will Like to say how rude of a employee those three guys were in the photo. When I came is it was just straight assertiveness for some odd reason. I did not appreciate how that I was just trying to give them a roll of quarters but I was offering to just give them the seven dollars of quarters and he informed me that they cannot take it. I didn’t know that we live in the United States, where any type of money is not accepted …Three he questioned me because I said that I want an extra topping and he said I’m not allowed to get extra toppings even if I pay additional price my thing is if a customer is coming to spend money .. do the money go towards the total sales but maybe my money is no good money for your employees or your business so thank you so much for giving me the most terrible service here at cava which is my favorite spot and I will make sure to never come to this location again.
